From a customer......: Royalty Landscaping work is impeccable. I first hired them back in 2012 for an annual lawn and landscape cleanup, and now I have them as a monthly service ever since. Communication is very quick and easy with the owner (Brian), and the teams do an amazing job in my lawn. What they are able to accomplish in one hour would normally take me an entire weekend, and it looks so much better. Their annual lawn maintenance programs are very customizable based on your budget.

Very disappointed with this lawn company. I paid for the premium services which was to include weeding and several times I had to contact them because it was either not done at all or poorly done. They also damage our metal fence and cut through 2 patio screens with their weed whacker. I emailed them about this with my cancellation of their services and not even a response back, but they did have no problem keeping my payment for the next month for both lawn and fertilizer services. Not even a offer to refund or pay for the damage their employees caused. I’d look somewhere else before choosing them. In my opinion they made be to large of a company to care about the services they provide and if they lose you as a customer. In less then 2 months I spent over $600 with them and they could careless about losing me as a customer! There are plenty of other quality lawn services out there so beware of this company.

Thanks for responding to try and clear some of this up. I understand now the issue with the weeds however before hiring your lawn service I did the mowing with a push mower and there was no damage on the fence. You guys do use a riding lawn mower on the outside part of the fence which is what lead me to believe that’s how it happened. As far as the patio screen goes we just had a screen repair company come out about 3 weeks ago to replace screens with holes and cuts so I doubt he missed these. When they’re young kids coming out to do the maintenance I doubt they want to own up to any damages they may cause.

Royalty Lawn has been fantastic! They go above and beyond what is expected. We have been customers for many years and would recommend everyone to Royalty. Brian and his crew are very professional and very easy to work with. I cant say it enough what a great job they do and how quickly they work to get it all done, something that would take us days to do get done, only takes the crew a few hours and it looks amazing! Highly recommend Royalty!

I went through 5 landscaping companies before finding Royalty and haven’t looked back since. The crew is friendly and efficient and the owner is involved and responsive. My lawn is looking better than ever and we even had them do our landscape design for around our pool. The end result is incredible. I got what I asked for plus more and I got it in a timely and cost effective manner. Royalty will forever be my go to for anything landscaping related. THANK YOU!

From the start, this company provided the best service! I emailed my backyard's landscaping needs. The company replied within two days, set an appointment, and arrived early and on time. He listened to my needs, offered suggestions, and went beyond my expectations. I was able to put the 50% deposit online and paid the remaining balance after the job was completed. The price remained what was stated. The workers came on time on the scheduled date. Their thoroughness in the job as outstanding! I am beyond satisfied!!!

Royalty landscaping goes above and beyond! Cannot say enough positives about this company. Our plan was done quickly , Brian (owner) was extremely accommodating to the many changes requested to our plan making sure the end result was exactly what we wanted. Crew arrived on time ,friendly and hard working the work progressed quickly and so efficiently. Brian was very involved in every aspect of the landscaping installation. The process from beginning to end was above expectations!

Royalty’s customer service is outstanding. We are so thrilled with our new landscaping! Any future project we have Royalty Landscaping is our pick.

We have been using Royalty for a year now. We have had no issues up until the last few months where the crew would drive passed our house just so the GPS would show they were here, and skip mowing the lawn. I caught them twice before saying anything. Once sending the video proof to the owner or manager (Brian) he confirmed that his crew in fact was skipping our home. He offered a free month which was nice. But then that Monday (the start of our free month) the crew decided to just walk around with a leaf blower and blow things around as opposed to actually mowing. Needless to say, I sent a message and they did not seem to care too much, so we no longer use their service. If you do not want to work, don’t.

I'm not a ghost. I have told you all over and over again to stop blocking my driveway. This has been going on for over a year. I filed a BBB case today and I will be filing a restraining order also. See the photo from this morning.
You and your employees are rude to harass neighbors when you cut your customers lawns...AND IT'S AGAINST THE LAW. If you come out to cut my neighbors lawn across the street (red arrow), why are you on my lawn? Your company is the only one that does that-of ALL the lawn companies in the area-yours is disrespectful and rude.
People say bad things about your company because it's true. Nobody will waste time dealing with you and this nonsense if it wasn't.

Marcia and team did an outstanding job on our flower bed. They performed design, installation, and necessary alterations to our irrigation system to feed the bed. Will be hiring them for the backyard/ lanai area as well.
