I chose this company because of their good review. I was with them for three months we selected the premium package that includes trimming, however they only cut the grass with machine witch takes 15 mins at the most and every time we asked about the trimmings they promise to do it the week after but that never comes.

Royalty did our landscaping and it looks absolutely beautiful. I am so happy with the way my house looks, we get compliments from our neighbors. I would highly recommend Royalty Lawn & Landscaping to anyone looking for professional, impeccable and beautiful looking landscaping.

Replanted our landscaping, updated the irrigation, and installed lighting. They were extremely easy to work with and accommodating, I am extremely pleased with the job they did. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

I've never used the service and will not. I was at the shell station this morning and one of them was walking around the gas pumps with a full gas can in one hand and a lot cigarette in the other. Meanwhile the guys were speaking loudly about going to see their probation officer. Perhaps a safety training course would be beneficial or at least a conversation about how you want employees to represent your company.

I find it absolutely laughable that Royalty Lawn responds to a stranger who isn't even their customer who has a complaint, but when a paying customer complains they "fire" them and refuse to give them any more service. They told me my first day of service would be on Thursday July 27th, and they didn't bother to show up until the next morning so I complained (and rightfully so). Then it happened again two weeks later, and when I said I expected weekly service in August and wanted someone to come out asap they "fired" me. In reading these reviews, I can see at least two other customers that they stopped servicing, and they seem to blame the customer every time. Terrible, avoid at all costs!

I called in on a Saturday. This company answered the phone promptly. I advised my sprinkler system stopped working all of a sudden. Instead of charging me to come out the tech explained the county was lowering pressure for reclaimed water and to try system at night. Great company that does not want to scam you. I will use this company for future needs.

Service is very professional. Usually punctual unless weather related delays occur. Easy to talk to as I sometimes need to make minor modifications to where I do or don't want them to mow. The finish of the job is always very neat and clean of any debris. Brian is always very responsive to calls when I've requested additional service(s). Pleasure to deal with.

We were totally pleased with the service provide by Royalty Lawn & Landscaping. From the first visit for an estimate to completion of the sprinkler system, sod removal & installation and tree trimming was very professional. I we had to describe the service provided it would be OUTSTANDING!

Absolutely terrible. I pay for the full service each month and it is rare they hit my flower beds unless I physically walk outside and ask for it. They leave so much dirt and shrubs all over my driveway and back patio. Not to mention there billing system is horrific. They will send you letters saying you are late when you are on time and just say they are not showing up. They also decided in November, the month right before the holidays that they want to bill one month ahead. So instead of getting the normal bill, you got a bill for double the price. Gosh forbid you don't have 200$ to dish out on lawn service one month, they just wont show up. Oh, and call me crazy but I still work on the paper system, not a fan of paperless. Royalty also decided to switch to that one day, no option if I wanted paper or not. So as I call and ask for paper, they say its fine, but I wont receive any notifications or warnings about upcoming things that may occur. So I will only get half the information about my lawn service company that I pay for just because I like paper bills instead of this computer bill paying. I could go on and on all day about how horrific of a company this is. By the way, when I hired them, they "forgot" to show up...TWICE. That should have been a sign...

Brian of Royalty L&L was near my neighborhood when I called. Right away he made an unscheduled stop at my home to dig up a 6 foot bush in my back yard. He also inspected some irrigation issues I was having and resolved then all. I am a customer of Royalty L&L because of their professionalism and quality of work. Royalty L&L always goes the extra mile and delivers more than expected. Thank you Brian!

Royal Lawn was on-time, professional and exceeded expectations. I expressed concerns after the job completion late on a Friday afternoon and the owner returned that day to address them! The owner cares and wants his customers happy. I'd recommend Royal Lawn to anyone that asked.

The guys at Royalty have done both irrigation and landscaping work for us. They've consistently responded in a timely manner to our requests and performed every repair and project as discussed - all at a fair price. We most recently had them give a "makeover" to an an overgrown area around our HVAC units and pool equipment. They trimmed a very tall hedge, removed leaves, weeds and unwanted ferns, then spread stone in the entire area. The guys were on time, courteous, and neat in their work and clean up. They will be our first call for any future irrigation and landscaping needs.

Royalty does excellent work at a reasonable price. We hired Royalty for landscaping design and installation; sod replacement; and irrigation system repairs and improvements. We received exemplary customer service at every step of the process. The personal attention that owner Brian Cholnik gave to the project was impressive. The finished product is beautiful.
