I called them specifically because of their five-star rating with over 150 reviews. I called on a Friday and couldn't get an appointment until Wednesday which is fine I'm sure they're busy. Got a text an hour before my appointment window saying they had to cancel and reschedule. I immediately messaged back asking when they could come but receive no response. I texted again the next day but I still haven't gotten a response. I would be more than happy to change my review and keep their five-star streak rolling, but I sure would appreciate a call back.

Terrible. I was scheduled from 1-3pm. The technician was not going to make it until after 3pm. No big deal other than I had a zoom call at 330, and my son (17) would be here but I would not really be available. I asked if he could call me so I could explain the problem before he arrived, the woman told me he does not do online diagnosis and cancelled my appointment without telling me, and then would not answer my call. My home warranty company scheduled ANOTHER appointment with this company from 8-10am. I had a friend waiting at my house and he never showed up. The technician once again cancelled my appointment. Terribly unreliable. Do not recommend. I wasted two days waiting on this guy and my dishwasher is still broken.

This was Sears warranty work, so no charge other than my plan deductible. Good communication from the company regarding scheduling and technician arrival. Tech was professional, on time, and very pleasant. If I ever need appliance repair work not covered by my warranty plan, I would not hesitate to call Check Fix directly.

Always excellent service. Good communication when things go wrong with scheduling, shows up on time, works quickly, does a fantastic job fixing almost anything (has worked on my fridge, freezer, washing machine, & standalone ice maker), cleans up, & is gone very quickly.
