Andrey was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this service. He came for my Lg Refrigerator who is making horrible squeaky loud noise. They order the part yesterday and today were back finished job. So pleased for the customer service, technician job and prices.

Daniel was GREAT!! He explained everything very easily & was nice to talk to! The lady who I contacted first to set up an appointment was nice as well! The were able to help me when other companies said no because of Hurricane Milton!! All around the service was EXCELLENT!

ER responded quickly, and came same day to evaluate issue with my refrigerator. The part arrived quickly and they were back for installation. Tech, Daniel, was courteous and professional. Service person came out, opened the refrigerator door, attempted to pull it away from the wall to unplug it and couldn’t so had us turn off the breaker and turn it back on which we had already done in an attempt to reset it. He took pictures and said he would research it and we would have an estimate in 1-2 days. That’s it for the $89 service call. No attempt to test anything, diagnose or fix. What a scam. We had already researched it on the internet which is what he said he would be doing. We already had more of an idea what was wrong with it than he did. Seriously?? I called to complain and we got a quote for almost $300 that afternoon with no ETA to replace a sensor. No thank you. We have ordered the sensor which will be delivered within a week and will replace it ourselves.

I found ER repair after getting the run around by GE warranty repair on my brand new washer. It was brand new. It never let water into the washer on any setting but normal w/cold water. GE warranty sent all kinds of characters to my house that ran the gamut from telling me there was nothing wrong, to not knowing how to fix it, not having the diagnostic tools for a GE appliance... to even a tech that steadfastly refuse to fix it, and instead had a personal conversation with his bank while in my house about his account and then left without touching anything. It was so ridiculous.

Finally, after nearly a year of this... I decided to find an appliance repair on my own and not through GE warranty repair. I was tired of only being able to wash my clothes with cold water....

So, I called my normal appliance repair company. As soon as I told them I had one of the new GE washers, they stopped me short and told me that they do not work on these because they are pieces of junk. I wasn't surprised to hear this, but I was disappointed.

This led me to Google where I found ER Appliance Repair. They advertised that they fix GE appliances. They are a family business. When I called, it wasn't a call center overseas. So, I didn't hang up.

The girl who answered the phone was responsive. She seemed to be attentive and intelligent. She listened, understood what I was saying. She took notes and didn't blow me off. Then, she followed up with an appointment, confirmed that the parts were available. Communicated w/the technician. She also followed up on communicating with me.

When the Technician (Daniel) was scheduled to arrive, he communicated w/me and came within the agreed window. He was clean and dressed appropriately. He was pleasant and attentive. Most importantly - he knew his stuff!!! He had the tools, he had the diagnostic app on his phone and the diagnostic box to plug into the washer. Within 10 minutes - he knew what was wrong and what part to order.

2 days later - after the part came in... My washer is now fixed. I also now have a new appliance repair company. I'm not happy very often... but this company is top notch.

ER Appliance Repair was great to work with! I called late Monday afternoon and they were able to send a technician the next day. He was actually early and that’s always a plus! Great communication from both the technician and customer service. The technician was knowledgeable and we appreciated his feedback! We will definitely call them again and absolutely recommend them!

While they were able to send out someone within a reasonable time frame for our washer, he didn’t appear to be a trained technician, despite having worked for this company for several years. The problem was determined to be a broken wire. The tech was afraid to repair it. Since ER could not source a new wiring harness (for a machine that is less than 3 years old) they said they couldn’t complete the repair. We found an experienced tech who expertly repaired the wiring and have our machine back in proper working order.

I cannot complain about the same day service and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. The technician was knowledgeable and very good at getting the job done. My dryer needed a new fuse so he replaced the dryer fuse and cleaned the inside of dryer. The reason for 3 out of 5 stars is the cost. The technician worked just under an hour and I needed one fuse replacement, COST: $255….this is absolutely absurd when I can get the same fuse (and more) for $12 on Amazon. This price is so inflated it’s insane. If this is the standard rate these days then DIY here I come! I would investigate other companies and get quotes for the job. I needed a quick fix because I was learning on vacation next day. I can’t complain about that!
