My Samsung dryer wasn’t heating. Summit Appliance Repair came out within 2 hours and fixed it all in one visit. The owner even texted a few days later to make sure everything was still working well. Great service.

I had my dishwasher and washer repaired. He took responsibility to quickly finish job. Thank you will dfinately hire again for any appliances issue.

He even fixed my microwave handle at no extra cost, which really shows how much he cares about his customers. My refrigerator was not cold. I knew something was not right. I came across Summit appliance repair and called. This was on a Friday afternoon. I never expected a service appointment the next day, Saturday but Sam, the Iceman arrived and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and my refrigerator is cold again.

Sam was able to diagnose my washing machine the same day that I called. The suspension rods in my Samsung were kaput. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part readily available so we had to order a part and wait. Once it arrived he came back immediately and now the washer is like new.

Very happy with Mr. Appliance after multiple service calls. Devon helped me on multiple occasions, once for my fridge and again for my dishwasher. He was professional, easy to work with, and incredibly knowledgeable about an array of appliances. If and when something else breaks, I’ll be calling Mr. Appliance again.
