Devon came out to fix my dryer that wasn’t drying my clothes. He ran diagnostics and quickly determined the cause. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He didn’t just fix the problem, but gave me helpful tips on how to avoid having the issue again, and how to better use my dryer so that ALL the clothes get dry. He also helped me with an issue with my washer that would have become a major issue, later. I am so grateful that he answered a question I asked, then did something about it. It is rare that one gets such service these days. I will refer him to anyone needing their appliance fixed.

Devon is the best! Because the freezer in our rental totally iced over, it took 2 trips to manually remove the ice & complete the repair. He worked around our schedule which was very much appreciated!

Devon's scheduled job was to fix my stove control panel, but then he noticed a towel in front of my fridge and asked if I was having leakage. He quickly determined that it was a clogged drain and that he could take care of it. On a whim I asked him about my shaking washer. He took a look and said that he could take care of that too. I am so appreciative of Devon's attention to detail and concern. He not only fixed all three problems, but he gave me useful tips to avoid repeats. Devon was timely, professional, efficient and just an overall pleasure to work with. My dog Julie (his unofficial assistant) says that he's a keeper. This is David Davis husband of Piedad Valencia. We called Mr. Appliance to come and repair our ice maker for our Samsung refrigerator. First thing they said $119.00 to check out and repairs will be deducted from the 119.00. Technician checked it out and said he believed water not getting to refrigerator. He did not offer to repair. We asked him to check garage refrigerator and he said that will be 50.00 and he said compressor and he did not offer to repair it either. He obviously was only interested in collecting the $169.00 for nothing. In and out in a few minutes for nothing. I wrote to Mr. Appliance to express my disappointment and did not receive a response. My recommendation is stay from this company as they provide terrible service and will scam you for money.

Mr Appliance is an awesome great company I would recommend them to everyone. My repairman Richard was so great he was friendly and very knowledgeable. They gave me an appointment so fast and he solved my problem . Another company I had 3 times could not do the job right.

Devon came out several weeks ago to diagnose a leak in my washing machine. Not only was he wonderful to work with, but he found the issue quickly and explained the repair process. (I had previously had another company come out to repair the leak a couple of months prior.)Since it wasn’t a more expensive repair, he helped me decide whether the cost was worth fixing on my machine. I was confident in his knowledge and was extremely satisfied with the process. He had to order a part and return later to install it. He was on time, friendly, and trustworthy. I have had no problems at all since his repair. I will absolutely call him again. I would 100% recommend him for your appliance needs.

They were here the same day I called and that was great. The gentleman was polite and explained things as he went.

The service tech, Devon called and let me know where I was on his schedule. He got o the job right away showed me what was wrong. He was friendly and professional and would recommend him and Mr Appliance.

I was charged nearly $500 to repair our washer. The same issue was still going on so I had them come back to take another look and they quoted me another $650+ to replace another part. I declined the repair and they wanted to charge me another $120 for them driving out. They didn’t get it right the first time. They claim their work and parts have a 90 day warranty. Guess not. $500 wasted and I still have the same problem. Don’t waste your time or money with these guys.

Amazing Customer Service all around! From the start to when I called to schedule appointment and all the way until the technician was done. Devon was professional, courteous, and very thorough with his assessment. He was able to quickly determine the issue and even informed us on how to prevent future problems with our appliance. We are grateful for the time he spent with us to answer our many questions along the way, as he truly went above and beyond. We will continue call Mr. Appliance for any future services and will make sure to ask for Devon!

They over charge $542 for a Frigidaire Side by side failes damper repair $100- $159 part, 15 minutes of labor and do not stand by there quoted $129 fee of estimated repair cost which is supposed to come off price of repair and parts!

I would highly recommend using Mr. Appliance for any repairs. Devon was outstanding and very knowledgeable in repairing our Ice maker and water line. Not only did he did he asses the problem, but he showed me step by step how to identify any issues in the future. That is the kind of service I will gladly return for and no doubt request him to do any repairs going forward. It is a question of reinvesting in a machine that Possibly was made better than the ones currently today or investing in the new technology. Do your research. My Technician was helpful with his years of experience of working on these machines so I decided to trust in reinvesting in my current machine.

Scam. Refused to due actual diagnosis. Just wanted to replace the most expensive parts and charge nearly $800. Issue is likely just a fuse, but requires I purchase both fuse and anew circuit board. Told my son has cancer and it has financially drained us, said sorry but pay to fix or pay $110 for me coming by. Should not be able to charge anything when didn't even try to determine real Issue. Will be filing complaint with BBB and attorney General. This is not a reputable or ethical company.

LG washing machine making angry noises. Diagnosed and ordered part on Tuesday, installed and tested Thursday, left the house with a handshake and a smile. Great experience! Quick, Knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you Mr. Appliance!

We have been trying to get our refrigerator fixed through Frigidaire warranty for 4 months and the people they sent even broke the it further. Finally called Mr. Appliance and paid to have it fixed because we couldn’t handle the back and forth with Frigidaire and the people they were sending out. Mr. Appliance got us in the same day we called and were outstanding to work with. Devon from Mr. Appliance was amazing in diagnosing the problem instantly and fixing it the same day. Definitely recommend!

They work extremely fast and efficiently . I called on a Friday and within 30 minutes Joe showed up to check the washing machine and by Monday early morning my washer was running again. Joe was very respectful and knowledgeable.
