My dryer was having noise issues and a burning smell coming from it. I called 2 hours before closing on a Saturday and he was able to come out between 4-5 and actually got there at 3:15.
Took apart the dryer showed me the issues, recommended the fix and was able to fix it fast. Great price for a short notice job. I would highly recommend intel for your appliance repairs.

Great service. He fixed our Samsung washer. He identified the problem as being with the door latch locking sensor. He said that he was 95% sure that was the problem, the only other would be issues with the main board. He ordered the part, and was back in two days. He was right about the sensor, but he said he also ordered the a new main board just in case. Again, great service. You can trust this guy.

Roman was able to come to my house and diagnose my issue with my fridge it was later in the day on Friday. And figures out the issue of what was wrong. Since it was late already the parts was not available but he was able to help at least get the fridge to cool by using a house fan to cool the system and it worked out great till the part got here. Roman fixed the oven door with a $5 part, while prior two repairman told me I needed a new door ($300) mind you they charge coming out to check fee. Roman told me I can order a new door but “why” when he can fix it with a certain small part he can get at Lowe’s or Home Depot(which by the way Bosch did not carried...you would have to buy the oven door to get it). My oven door is working great and he save me $300+. Thank you, Roman!

Intel Services was quick to respond to our freezer repair. I called in the morning. Roman came by in the afternoon to diagnose the issue with our ice maker. He identified the problem and ordered the part. Came the next morning to install the new part. Runs great. It is good to know that there are still professional people still out there. Always called and commucated time of arrival. Would recommend his services.

My KitchenAid built-in microwave/convection oven stopped reaching temperature when trying to bake. I researched online and thought it was the baking element, but I ordered a replacement temp probe based on advice from a parts store. Big mistake! Replacing the probe was a hassle, and during the process, a wire fell behind the unit into the firewall. And again this is a built-in so that means pulling the whole thing out the wall to even get to back panel.

At this point, I knew it was time for a professional. I called Intel-Services based on their reviews, and Roman came out to diagnose the issue. Turns out, it wasn't the bake element, temp probe, or broiler – it was the control board, which the manufacturer no longer made! This meant buying a whole new unit – a cost of nearly $3,000+ with installation.

This is where Roman went above and beyond. He suspected a bad relay on the board and, amazingly, had the replacement part! He soldered the new relay on the spot, saving me thousands of dollars. Most technicians wouldn't (or couldn't) do this anymore – they just replace entire boards.

Roman's integrity, attention to detail, patience, and customer focus were incredible. He saved me a ton of money and got my oven working perfectly again, all for a very reasonable price.
