Roman was great. He answered the phone when I called, scheduled a house call for the same day, diagnosed the problem, picked up the part that needed to be replaced, and repaired the washer all within a few hours. He was very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We recently had an issue with are dishwasher. Long story short, the pump motor failed and caused the dishwasher not to drain properly. Roman can to the house the same day we called, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He ordered the replacement part, which came within two days. Roman returned and completed the project quickly. He was very respectful, professional, and even took the time to showed me the issue with the previous part. My overall experience was that Roman is professional, reasonable priced, and good at his job. We are more than happy to refer him to others, and will use him again for any future jobs.

My GE dryer needed the element coil replaced and Roman helped find the right part and replace it. Upon replacement we found thermostats and fuse were tripping due to overheat. He thoroughly followed up with me on replacing both and was able to fix it. He is very skilled at his work. I would Recommend him to anyone for good work!

Our dishwasher had a failure to drain warning and Roman came out quickly to diagnose the issue. We needed a new pump and Roman ordered it and came out the next day to replace. We are very pleased with the service that we received and highly recommend!

Roman is fantastic at what he does! He is friendly, honest, straightforward and affordable. He originally came to fix our oven. Let us know the issue and ordered the part. Once it was in came and completed the work. It works like new and has had no problems.

We spoke to him about our pool heater after the oven and 3 other companies had told us it was unfixable and we’d need to get a new one. Roman looked at it and thought he could get it back up and running. He was right! He finished the work today and saved us thousands.

Since we live in our RV, we have a stackable washer and dryer. He had no problem with my husbands help , taking the dryer down so he could work on washer. Very pleasant to deal with. Roman is fantastic!! He came to fix our refrigerator which is a Whirlpool and only 2 years old. It needed a new fan and upper ice maker. He was very neat, honest, polite, knowledgeable, and on time! He even called a couple of times to make sure everything was still working fine. I will absolutely call him again if need be!! Give him a call you won't regret it!

Roman came out really fast when my dryer stopped working. It was turning on, but not heating, so the clothes stayed wet no matter how long it ran. I called him in the morning and he came the same day. He found the problem quickly — the heating part was bad and there was lint blocking the vent. He fixed everything and made sure it was working before he left. Now the dryer heats up and dries clothes in one cycle like it should.

Roman fixed my dishwasher quickly and did a great job. It wasn’t draining and there was water sitting at the bottom. He found a clog in the drain line, cleared it, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. Now it works perfectly again. He was on time, professional, and very friendly.
