Devon came in on a Tuesday, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had me back up and running on Thursday!! What can I say, this dude manhandled that washer like no tomorrow and got it fixed where it would have taken two people much longer!! Thank you Devon.

My dryer stopped working and as a family of six that cannot happen. I called at 10 AM and they were here by 12:30, he was very upfront about the price, he was efficient, communication was great and I would definitely use them again.

Technician Devon has been the technician that has service our area for years. We have had him out for multiple appliance issues and he is always professional, punctual and personable. I feel that I can trust his recommendations on either repairs or replacements. Good help is hard to find and hopefully Devon is with Mr Appliance for a long time.

Had a problem with the light on the water and ice dispenser. It would turn on and off at random times, it beeped every time the light would turn on and off, which drove my dog crazy. They came and figured out the problem. Joe was quick and efficient. Problem solved

When I called they answered right away and got me an appointment within a few hours of calling. Very professional. Devin was our guy who came and repaired our dryer and he was great! Super knowledgeable and very nice. They were able to fix our dryer which is 13 years old and it was a reasonable price. I would recommend Devin and Mr. Appliance !

Devon gave information to let us know the problem with our frig. He gave us two choices to continue and then proceded to do what we chose.The cost was not out of line with other prices today to have a repair. He was polite and efficient. Great job Devon!

Service technician Devon responded to my home and was able to quickly diagnose my GE washing machine's issue and he was able to fix it in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, and informative. Hopefully I'll never need assistance again, but if I do I'm 100% using this company.

Devon came out this week to fix my dishwasher. He was pleasant and informative. He had to order a part and he came back with it the day he said he would. He was upfront and fair with pricing. I will use him again.

Tried to book an appointment today to fix our washing machine. They refused to even come look at it because another tech had replaced a part & it didn't solve the problem. Claimed that their "liability insurance wouldn't allow them to do the job".

Never heard of this excuse in all my years of owning appliances or vehicles. By this logic NO ONE would be able to look at a piece of equipment that someone else had attempted to service.

Mr Appliance is an absolutely amazing company! They were quick to get us scheduled and fit us with an amazing tech Devon. He was the most receptive tech we’ve ever worked it! He found the issue that a previous repair company refused to look for or address and he had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Amy in their scheduling office was so kind and helpful. My fiancé and I cannot say enough nice things about this company and the staff they have working there. If you need a repair I highly recommend you call Mr. Appliance!

I had two appliances in need of repairs in the same week. Mr. Appliance was easy to schedule to with and had appointments available quickly. They sent a time window and picture of the technician in advance for my safety and awareness. My technician was Devon he was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Although the expense of appliance repairs are never fun and timely. Mr. Appliance and Devon made the experience as stress free as possible with timely service and professional communication.

I was very impressed with the service I received on my refrigerator. I was so glad that the company was able to fit me into the schedule so quickly. The repairman, Devon, was very friendly, honest, kind and explained every step of the repair and I was very pleased with the results. I can't say enough about Devon and how professional he was. He was knowledgeable, polite, punctual and cleaned up when he was finished. He looked at my refrigerator/freezer and was able to fix it at a reasonable price. My washer unfortunately was not able to be repaired. I really appreciated his honesty when he advised that the cost to repair it wouldn't make sense. If he was a dishonest person he could have fixed it for the cost of buying a new one. Hire Mr. Appliance if you need something repaired. I know I will if I have another issue come up! Oh, and give Devon a raise or a bonus because he was awesome.

This is my favorite Appliance repair company by far! They answer the call promptly. They do their best to get to you as soon as possible. I was able to get my washer and dryer, assessed and repair on the same day of my call. I will most definitely call them again. The technician was really knowledgeable and gave me some great advice and reminded me how important it is to have. The dryer vent cleaned every 12 to 18 months.

Tech showed up early. Was extremely friendly and professional. He performed a detailed assessment of my refrigerator and determined my ice maker was not working efficiently, but the refrigerator as a whole was functioning as appropriate.

I was pleasantly surprised he had a new ice maker in his truck and was able to complete the repairs the same day!

Overall, an exceptional experience. Mr. Appliance will be my go-to appliance repair in the future.

Richard at Mr. Appliance is definitely worth all the reviews and praise. A 30 year veteran in the business I’m pretty sure there is little nothing he has not seen and fixed which is was clearly evident by his customer service, attention to detail and meticulous work. He arrived on time a day after my initial call, quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator and ordered the required parts necessary to repair the broken parts. He was back to complete the repairs in two days. Could not be happier with this service appointment and Richard’s professionalism and dedication to his craft. Thank you Richard and Mr. Appliance for getting my family back up and running.

Great service as always - available immediately and very honest with their assessments and diagnosis. We've used many times before - normally I prefer companies that aren't attached to a large corporation, but in this case, I think it makes the experience even better.
