I had the pleasure to work with Volodymyr from CheckFix Appliance Repair. He came to my house to repair my cooktop. I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed issue and explained the process on how to proceed with the repair.

BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY

Technician came out for 2nd time. Said he had to adjust the temp. Used oven tonight and the broiler was stuck on, and burned our meal. Don't think he knows what he is doing. Tech closed out our ticket with home warranty company. Now I need to submit a claim with the claims department. The tech claims there is nothing wrong with our oven ...CLEARLY THERE IS A PROBLEM.. THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE.

Daniel went above and beyond to remedy a cooktop exhaust fan that was broken. It was 30+ years old and he had to have parts made. Extraordinary commitment on Daniel’s part! ER was excellent in notifying and updating arrival times.

We have a kitchenaid refrigerator that didn’t make ice. Called them and they came quickly. Eventually they put in a new icemaker and the fan. Now we have ice and the fridge is working fine. Overalll we are very happy with their service.

Daniel from ER Appliance Repair came out to replace my microwave oven but he was able to replace the controls which saved me from having to buy a new one. He is my go to guy for appliance repairs. My daughter also called him about her washer and she was pleased with his service.

ER Appliance Repair came same day to diagnose a problem with my refrigerator during a busy holiday season. Technician Andrey was very professional and took extra care working around my in cabinet refrigerator. Very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the issue we were experiencing. The entire experience with this company from the initial call speaking to the representative to the service technician arriving in the allotted time scheduled was just very pleasant. Also the fee for service call is reasonable. First time customer but now I know who to call for all my future appliance emergencies :-)

I have used ER now on three occasions. Service calls have all been scheduled with arrival time within 24 hours. Two of the three repairs were same day with in-stock parts. The technician, Daniel, is polite, proficient and completes the work very quickly. Prices have always been fair and reasonable. I highly recommend.

Prompt service and polite technician but inaccurate quote. Change in cost should have been discussed before service rendered. GE vent hood - asked for manual to read, pushed the touch controls and told me to clean/ wipe off more often. Total of 10-15 minutes. Price went from $89 to $125.

Addendum.
I was contacted by the owner and refunded the difference. I appreciate their customer service and concern. My rating now reflects this. Most companies don’t care after they have your money.
