We've dealt with many service companies over the years, always hoping for the right balance of service, quality and value. NEVER have we experienced such an extraordinary combination of all three until Joey Laborde and Shane Ware showed up to deal with a pesky plumbing issue that had us scratching our heads (along with other techs) for over a year. They were the first to respond, the first to fix the issue (and fix right) and with superb customer skills, always stepping up to do more than we expected (and without all the extra/nuisance charges). We were so impressed that we decided to hire them again immediately to handle replacement of our 14 year-old water heater. And once again, superb response, superb quality and superb value. Bottom line. Mr. Rooter has done what few other Service vendors are able to do these days, as they've captured us as lifetime customers. You may have tried the rest - it's time to try the best. Highly recommended!

I did not use this company but I called them to get a price on my problem. They seemed expensive, maybe it's the going rate. However, after describing my issue they were very helpful and told me how they would fix it and that I should just give it a shot myself. They described in great detail and were honest about the repair. I didn't use them but feel they didn't have to describe exactly how to approach the repair. Will call them first next time I need plumbing work.

Contacted to come out for a water leak and was told between 3-5 PM. Sadly, the tech got into an accident, but James (I believe he is the manager) came out anyways at 7 PM on a Friday night to ensure that the company stuck to it's commitment of coming out. Which I will say is something not a lot of companies do these days. He determined the leak location and gave us great peace of mind not having to wait until Monday as the leak was in our 4 month old baby's room! There was not anything for James to do regarding the leak because it turned out to be an air conditioning vent that our builder has covered under warranty so we need to follow their process. Moral of the story is... thank you for being reliable! We genuinely appreciate it!

Came next day and provided the quote which was very transparent. Fixed the clogging issue and cleaned up well. He was very professional, respectful and helpful. I would recommend this service

I have lived in Tampa for 45 yrs Mr Rooter of Wesley Chapel was absolutely the best! James was professional and just took all my troubles and worries away. We had a major clog in our drain. I could not use any plumbing in my home which was really concerning and an inconvenience. The service was quick, efficient, and done right. James explained the issue got right to work. I called Mr Rooter plumbing yesterday which was Sunday because I have leak in the ball valve outside the house, they scheduled me on the same day and sent me the technician who dig in my side yard to uncover the pipe and cut the pipe with the bad valve and placed the new valve with pipe in less than two hours and didn’t leave till they verified everything was fine, thx for the good service.

This group is so professional and educated me far beyond any expectation on my repair situation. Cannot recommend more highly.
