James showed up when he said he would fixed my issue and didn't leave until we were 100 % sure. I'm very happy with the service.

As a home owner, the most stressful thing is finding work that needs to be done, that you can’t either A: do yourself or B: know someone that does quality work and won’t overcharge.
I recently ran into this problem and James walked me through on the phone my options and even gave me some ideas for how not to have to call them out. I eventually decided to book an appointment anyways as I was unsure my level of ‘handyman-ness’ was up to the task. James showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time. Looked at the problem I had. Did about 30 minutes of work and then said there, you got it from here and can handle the rest. What could have been a several hundred dollar repair turned into $20 of parts and James’s refusal to take any sort of payment for his time.
I am still shocked that he came to a strangers house and offered his own time to help with my plumbing needs. This is 100% a company that should be used and will not hesitate next time I have a plumbing issue that needs an experienced hand!

When I called Mr. Rooter, James answered the phone and was able to get me a quick appointment mid afternoon same day. James actually ended up being the technician that came out to help with our outside plumbing issue. I will tell you that his professionalism, being personable, explanation of what was happening and quick turnaround in repairing our plumbing issue was top notch. If I would to have any issues again, he would be the first person I would call. I recommend This company to anyone that would need their services. Rupert is the best plumber I have ever needed to call. It is rare that I call for help with DIY tasks and chores around the house but when I do need help his amazing expertise, friendly professional manner and honesty cannot be beat. He has done several jobs for myself and my parents over the years usually involving cutting and soldering copper. I love just following him around on the job.I learn something new and he is more than happy to teach. I also love hearing Rupert talk about all the grandchildren and children. Terry at Lloyd's came highly recommended by my client. Terry was punctual, professional and precise in his diagnostics of an AC system that stopped working.

NOT a happy Customer at all. It cost me $800+ to have an evaporator coil replaced that was under warranty for an A/C that Lloyd's originally installed 4 years ago. It's more than double what I was quoted by the company. I will be going with another heating & cooling company in the future.
