Lloyd's ALWAYS takes good care of us and our clients. We're a real estate company, so our clients are always looking for someone to service their ACs, inspect them, repair, and replace. We use Lloyd's for our personal home and for our clients' needs because they are professional, personable, and reasonable. It's rare to find a company today that goes above and beyond for their customers, but Lloyd's certainly does. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Lloyd's has done a great job for us over the year's. On time appointments, courtesy calls before technician arrives, and fair pricing. Today, Jean was out and was able to research a warranty repair needed on a Lennox unit. He has been to the house before and has always done good work.

We have been using Lloyd’s for many years and have always been impressed with their caring and professionalism. From replacing AC Units to repairing and maintenance on our existing unit they arrive in a timely manner and work to get the job done right. At times they have had to go above and beyond what was required from them. For this we are very thankful for their service in the Tampa Bay Area.

We had an annual contract with another company for over a year. They were OK at fixing minor problems, but when it came to a repetitive issue they were not up to the task and the customer service from the company went down quickly. So I fired them, researched more companies, and saw a review for Lloyd's that described our exact problem. I called Lloyd's, they came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an estimate & time frame to repair it. Long story short, they fixed the problem on time and on budget. Our AC system is now working better than it has since we moved into the house 2 years ago!!! Not only is their service timely and top notch, but all the guys who came to work on the issue are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I do believe I have found the last AC company I will ever have to call. Thank you to everybody at Lloyd's - you far exceeded my expectations!

I have been a loyal customer of Lloyd's for years. Unfortunately, I have found that the quality of their customer service has steadily gone down hill over the years. By example, when I recently called to schedule an annual maintenance check up, the receptionist was rude, and their charge for the service was the highest of the three estimates I received. Overall, I am very disappointed. Based upon my experience, they don't return calls.

I just wanted to take a few moments to recognize the GREAT service I have received from Lloyds over the years! I have had them service my AC Units for many years now and they are always fair and reasonable. I had an entire unit replaced a few years back at a rental unit, and just recently had the AC unit at my own replaced. Jason and Danny, the installers, were very friendly and took the time to do a very professional install, answering all of my questions along the way. I know how important the install is on such a large investment to your home, and I couldn't be happier with the work Jason did, and he even walked me through the basics of my new thermostat when he was finished! Kim, in the front office, has always been very pleasant and responsive over the years as well, and always gets me to the person I need, if she can't answer my question. Lloyds Heating and Cooling in Wesley Chapel is the best in the business! We had an HVAC unit installed 18 months ago by another local company and the comparison between them and Lloyds is like night and day. When we experienced issues with the new air conditioner while it was still under warranty, the previous company was slow to respond and, when they finally did come to take a look, they over charged us for replacement parts and service that did not adequately fix the problem. I later discovered by reading BBB reviews that the original company was notorious for poor business practices so we next called on Lloyds. As it turned out our problem was quite unusual, but Lloyds’ technicians were prompt, professional and patient as they tracked down the culprit. Eventually, Terry, Lloyds amazing owner, personally came to our home and found the solution - all at a very reasonable price. This experience taught me two things: (1) always look at a cross section of reviews on line before selecting a heating and air conditioning company for your home and (2) always choose Lloyds — they are that good!

I have the pleasure of being a customer and working with the team at Lloyd's for many years. Terry and team do a wonderful job at listening to my needs and priorities while providing the right solutions at a fair price. I have worked with Lloyd's on routine maintenance items as well as enhancing existing ductwork and installation of new AC systems, all completed on time and with appropriate permitting as needed. Truly an exceptional and trustworthy team of professionals.

Lloyd's did an excellent job repairing my A/C unit with short notice and at a very reasonable price. Starting with the initial over the phone information gathering process, all the way through the handshake after completing the work. The Lloyd team was top notch. They were straight forward, fast, efficient, courteous and just a pleasure to work with. My 15 yr old A/C unit was restored back to fully running in less than 24hrs from the initial phone call. As an added bonus, not once did anyone attempt to talk me into replacing my old A/C unit, or try to get me to sign a maintenance service contract or anything like that. The price was exactly what was quoted on the phone, no extra fees or charges. Lloyd's was able to acquire the part that was needed, come out fix the problem, in less time then another company was going to be able to get a guy out to my house, and Lloyds did it cheaper. Great job guys!!! My family and I thank you for keeping us cool.

Lloyd's replaced our AC today. The owner, Terry, came personally to evaluate our situation and explained to us his recommendation. Today his installers, Jason and Stephen, arrived to take on the task of tearing down the old unit, which was in the attic, and assembling the new unit. They were efficient and polite.
Our experience was met with honestly, integrity, knowledge and politeness.
Lloyd's AC was recommended to us and we now would definitely recommend him.

In my experience, Terry is the most reliable, honest, and efficient AC provider in Tampa Bay. I’ve hired many others over the years, but Terry and his team surpass them all. They have stopped by late in the evening to replace condensers and early in the morning to install a hard starter. For several years Lloyd’s has helped me keep aging units running with quality servicing and lots of band-aids. And all without any sales pressure to buy new. When I decided to replace the system, Terry listened to my requirements and made high quality and cost effective recommendations. He wasn’t interested in which company provided him with the biggest rebate, but rather which units would help with long term functionality and efficiency. And the price was by far the best among his competitors. So after years of experiencing it firsthand, I wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd’s Heating and Cooling.

Had 2 other companies come out and try to charge me for a new unit. I decided to call Lloyd’s for a 3rd diagnostic and was so happy I did! Terry came out and found my problem which was NOT needing a new unit. He was able to fix my ac at a reasonable price!

I’m very happy with the install Tyler and his partner did for us. They were here on time, friendly and cleaned up everything when they finished the job. Terry is a pleasure to work with. Lloyd's was recommended to me by a colleague, she spoke highly of them and it turned out to be true. My A/C broke in the middle of the hot summer. Terri was able to come the very next day. He worked with our budget and got us the best part. He kept his promise and got us up and running in no time. His crew Jason and Taylor was awesome too. They worked in the heat to get my A/C fixed. I would highly recommend Lloyd's. They are an honest and hard work crew.

Terry came out and checked my system and gave me a fair price to replace the compressor, coils and fan motor. Then Jason and Tyler came and did a great job on the install. I would recommend Lloyd’s AC to anyone needing their AC replaced. It’s nice to work with a smaller company.

Lloyds installed a 5T Trane AC at my house back in 2011. They did a great job with install and 14 years later, the unit still runs perfect. Terry is amazing, and customer service and support is top notch.
