Air Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - if I could, I would do six stars. Called in a crisis with no working HVAC systems. Can quickly (1-2 hours), was very clear with process and the repairs and charged a reasonable price under the circumstances!!!!! God bless you guys !!

Highly recommend Airpros for all your ac needs. My home is now nice and cool AND efficient! It was time to change the 18 year old system. Doug came out to get my initial specs. Krystle coordinated all my questions and appointments. My install team Caleb and Manny powered through a rainy day to complete my install. I couldn't be happier or cooler!! Jiming was very professional. He did an excellent job working on the leakage of my air conditioning unit.

Because they installed a heat pump I had to call them back. All for a lose wire. They installed my Carrier unit a cpl yrs ago. Had constant issues. Was told it was a Catastrophic Failure. Had several techs in a 1 week time frame. All had different reasons the unit would not work. I was the only one who suggested replacing the thermostat! That fixed it.
Wow, none of these techs even thought of it.

I choose Air Pros to install a new air conditioning system after interviewing 4 other HVAC companies. My selection had to do primarily with my interactions with Fernando who evaluated our situation and recommended a solution. Air Pros pricing was very competitive and they were willing to install the system immediately since the existing system was inoperable. Everyone at the company that I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond the norm to solve my issues honestly and fairly with no pressure. The installation was done promptly and everything was done exactly as promised for the price they quoted. The install included a free one-year maintenance plan. My thermostat can be controlled from my smartphone remotely so that I always know what is going on with my internal temperature and humidity. I would highly recommend Air Pros for a fair price, expert installation, and friendly service. Other companies can offer similar equipment and pricing, but I trusted Air Pros and their professional representatives to take care of my problem.

I was told that I would be contacted before the job would be done in order to approve of the estimate, but was never given the opportunity to. Job was completed at a very expensive price without my consent. Have called the offices 3 times to ask for an explanation and I was told that a manager would call me to explain but they never reached out to me. Very unprofessional. Eager to charge but poor communication and customer service.

Great experience all around. The company's owner Fernando, listened to my specific requests on how I needed the unit installed. This was important because the work I was planning to do following them in the same area would not be in conflict with their installation. Thei installation crew, Nick and Daniel ,were professional, did a quality job, were neat, and their installation was a work of art. I highly recommend this Company and I will be using them again for my future projects.

Dont do business with this company. My ac unit stop working so the tech James came out and told me the breaker was blown. I advise him to get me a quote on a new unit and they said 8,200 for a 4 ton 16 seers unit with my senior discount and previuos customer discount since they took over universal. I was installed a 4 ton 14.3 seers unit not a 4 ton 16 seers unit.I went to 3 different offices and the only one open is in Hollywwod and was told Erin will get back to me. That was over a week ago. I also found out from other companies that they overcharge me over 1,000 dollars. They didnt get permits from the city of Pembroke Pines for the install.
Its been over a year and noone ever got back to me. I paid off the ac unit and they call me to come to maintain my ac and i told them i never wanted them around my property.

When Air Pros got the call from me about my thermostat, they sent out a tech right away. They were flexible with my schedule and sent texts when the tech was on his way. Another opinion was needed and Raul was dispatched. Raul was very professional, ran some tests, and knew exactly what the problem was, one and done! I am pleased with them and recommend their service.

AIR PROS ONCE AGAIN FAILED! WE CALLED THEM TO COME OUT BECAUSE OUR AC THAT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD DIED. WE GET TOLD THAT WE NEED A NEW COMPRESSOR ON A MACHINE THAT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD AGAIN I REPEAT LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. NOT TO MENTION, WE’VE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES SINCE THE INSTALLATION OF OUR MACHINE. THE MACHINE IS STILL NOT COOLING OUR HOUSE, ACCURATELY OR EVENLY. THE SOLUTION WAS TO ADD EXTRA DUCKS TO THE ROOM TO MAKE MY ROOM COOL BETTER HOWEVER, NOW THE REST OF MY HOUSE DOES NOT COOL PROPERLY, INCLUDING MY SON’S ROOM. FLASH FORWARD NOW TO MY BROKEN COMPRESSOR AGAIN ON A MACHINE THAT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD AND WE GET TOLD THAT THERE’S NO COMPRESSORS IN STOCK AND WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO RESTOCK. WE ASK THE OWNER IF THERE WAS ANYTHING THAT THEY COULD DO TO HELP US OUT AS IT IS SOUTH FLORIDA AND IT IS HOT WE GET TOLD THAT IT’S NOT THAT HOT OUT SO YOU’RE LUCKY YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT UNTIL THEN. THAT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HEARD FROM ANYBODY. SO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT WE PURCHASE ON THIS MACHINE AND THEN YOU’RE GONNA TELL ME THAT THAT EXCUSE, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO USE AIR PROS. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY DO NOT HOW TO KNOW HOW TO GIVE YOU A HIGH QUALITY AC SYSTEM. Good AC COMPANIES ARE VERY HARD TO COME ACROSs AND THIS ONE IS NOT A GOOD ONE. ONCE AGAIN, THANKS AIR PROS FOR COMING THROUGH. NO WONDER THIS COMPANY FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD BECAUSE ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MANY.

Technician Jimmin arrived on time and did quality work. Solved our clogged drain and went the extra mile to shown us how to avoid future clogs. Only issue was that his dispatcher failed to communicate our desire to only have drain repaired and nothing else.

Exceptional service! My tech, Nick, was punctual, well mannered, and knowledgeable, but most of all got the job done. Nobody wants a broken AC but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Nick and Air Pros.
