I called this company for a dryer vent cleaning and they didn't call me back like they promise they would. They reschedule my appointment 3 times and didn't show up. I spent the whole day waiting for a technician to come over and nothing. I wasted my whole day dealing with this company. 😒 now I have a load of laundry to do for 3 kids and my dryer vent still blocked. Poor company and unprofessional.

Issue was: Thermostat went off (blank) and fresh air died, out of the blue. This model has no batteries and there was nothing wrong with circuit breakers. Drain was clogged and unit needed some extra AC gas to be more efficient.

Rolando was the technician that serviced my unit and he was excellent. Super nice, honest, and didn't just try to charge me for extra work that was unnecessary. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I would call them again. Job well done!
