Constraction reviews in Winter Garden, Florida

Andres did a wonderful job cleaning our gutters and soffits. He uses hot water pressure washing which creates very clean results. Returning home, my wife immediately noticed the difference. Andres went out of his way to pressure wash other areas of the house at no additional charge. Andres also pressure washed, polymer sanded and sealed a paver patio. Again, the results were excellent. Andres is very professional and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

We are so happy with the results. Andres was so professional and responsive, and so easy to work with. We highly recommend!

I highly recommend Andres Professional Services. This has been by far the most efficient and professional contractor that I have used. Mr. Andres commitment to excellence is by far impeccable. He went above and beyond in his services, and I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the results. I will be utilizing his services for other future interior and exterior home projects. Again, you will not be disappointed with his services, and I highly recommended him for all of interior and exterior home improvement services.

We had Andres and his team out to power wash our home, seal our driveway and paint our pergola. While not the cheapest game in town he was the best!!! Exceptional work, great care paid to our home and a really great group of guys. Would highly recommend!

Andres is a very professional painter. He did the work as indicated and extremely neat painter.

Andres did an incredible job sealing our new pool deck. He sent us video of his entire process at the beginning, explained multiple options and worked with us to optimize our budget. He was not only professional but went above and beyond, helping us to move all of the furniture off of the deck and then cleaning all the legs of the furniture (as we had to store it on dirt/grass), before helping us to replace. He takes his time and works carefully and methodically. Most importantly, the deck feels and looks great!

Wow is the best word to describe Andres, his team, and the quality of work they do.

From the start, Andres was super helpful and professional. We contracted with him to power wash our driveway, redo the sand, and seal it as the builder grade stuff simply wasn’t great. Andres made it look like a completely new driveway, walkway, and patio. On top of that, he cleaned up the front of our house where webs and bugs had started building and I simply hadn’t had time to do it yet….no price change, didn’t ask, just did it because he wanted the house to look great!

Andres personally was involved in the work and and finished product was phenomenal. I wish i had thought to take before and after photos. If you are in or around Winter Garden and looking for a high quality and trustworthy company to do a variety of things to improve your home, you owe it to yourself to consider Andres….from our point of view, save yourself a bunch of time and just go with him and his team. We have already hired him to do more work due to the high quality and professionalism!

Thank you Andres - truly remarkable work!

Andres is very professional and did an amazing job sealing our brick pavers. He and his team are very thorough and the job is beautifully done!

I recently hired Andres to seal my pavers on my back, front, and patio based on my observations of his work that he already performed within the area. From the start, he was very professional and responsive to my inquiries. He did an outstanding job on my pavers in a very reasonable time. His rate was very reasonable and I look forward to working with him again on additional work for my home. I would highly recommend him for this type of work.

Andres with Andres Professional Services did a fantastic job on sealing my driveway! He is very friendly and texted me video updates of every part of the project. (Hot pressure wash / resanding / two coats of sealer)

They were very responsible and always showed up on time everyday. They have a very good attitude towards their customers. They finished the job professionally and carefully. I highly reccommend this company to new home owners.

Andres did an amazing job painting our garage floor with the epoxy coating. Very friendly and professional. We are very happy and lucky to have found such a reliable and professional company that can do all this kind of work.

This company is amazing! They did a great job restoring our very dirty and stained outdoor tile. We recommend them for power washing, and we’ll likely use them for other services in the future. Very reliable, dependable, and great results!

We used Andres for sealing our pavers for the driveway and front porch. Andres even powerwashed our sidewalks and front of house. He is so thorough and the price is unbeatable. He takes much pride in his work. Very prompt. Highly reccommend!

I highly recommend Andres! He did an amazing job; sealing my driveway and lanai pavers! Now it looks wonderful! He is very professional and prices are reasonable.

Andres was very professional, showed up before the time of appointment.
He addressed all the issues I had and also showed me other issues in my home that I was not aware of.

Andres was very passionate and showed how much he cares about his customers.

He also reviewed all the products that he was going to use on my home which was very informative.

We were highly impressed as the owner of the company was on the job . He removed all the weeds meticulously, pressure washed the sidewalks, driveway, lanai and the front of our house before sealing pavers in our driveway and lanai.

We will definitely use him again and will be recommending him to my friends and neighbors.

Andres Professional Services did an excellent job repainting the exterior of our home. A very professional, clean and timely crew that we would have no hesitation to use again for any other needs.

This has been one of the most relaxing and great experience, we are renting out property and it was needing a makeover, Mr Andres and his team came to my property ready to work hard, they paint ceiling, walls, deep clean bathrooms , paint garage + lanai , install new and beautifully done vinyl flooring in to my rooms ( before carpet) all that in just 4 days . I will recommend Mr Andres without any hesitation.

Andres did a wonderful job sealing our porch and driveway area. At the start, he sent us a video explaining the entire process and then did a thorough and excellent job. Everything looks great! Highly recommended.

Extremely friendly and professional with Exceptional quality of work! We’ve used Andres in the past to pressure wash and recently to seal our pavers. Both times the service was excellent!
