Constraction reviews in Winter Garden, Florida

Wonderful experience with Andres Professional Services and his team. He made my home look new and remodeled. Interior and exterior painting looked professional. He also, transformed my garage floors and walls. I would definitely recommend Andes Professional Services.

Andres cleaned, resanded, and sealed over 900sqft of deck around my pool. He is friendly and professional and I am very satisfied with his work. He took his time to make sure it's done right. He explained the process and materials used. I highly recommend Andres for any service he provides. Please review photos of finished work.

I had my driveway, lanai and front porch cleaned and sealed and

The best experience I've had with any company. Upfront about everything that needs and will be done; breaks down every cost with you if you ask.

Communication was 11/10 I knew exactly what was going on the entire process with updates in text with images of progress.

I will use them again in the future for house pressure washing and potentially painting.

Give them a chance they do amazing work!

I first hired Andres to deep clean the Tile and Grout in throughout the entire first floor of my home. I was so insanely impressed by the professionalism, level of detail, thoroughness, cleanliness, and the QUALITY I could not WAIT to have him complete the rest of my 'to-do' items.

I then hired him to pressure wash the outside structure of the home, which came out AMAZING due to again all the above reasons, but also because of the solutions and detergents he uses. Everything he uses is Pet and Eco Green friendly, and the results are beyond perfect!

Next, he did a full garage treatment, to include strip, degrease, re-seal with concrete and painters caulk, walls painted and sealed, floor with 2 coats of base, flakes, and 2 coats of epoxy. The results are so good, I want to use it as a Game Room rather than garage. (Before and After Photos posted)

Finally, he completely remastered my pavers on my Driveway, Front Door Pathway, and Back Porch. This included a full pressure washing, re-sanding, and 2 coats of sealer. And to no surprise, the results ONCE AGAIN, beyond perfect! (Before and After Photos posted).

UPDATE - July 31, 2024.

I continue to use Andreas for all of my home services, and recently he completed a full carpet steam cleaning, in my home. I have this completed yearly, and even with this service, Andres goes above and beyond. The level of detail, quality, and the final finish outcome cannot be matched by any other vendor for service.

Most vendors will leave items on the floor that could simply be moved, such as nightstands/night tables, and just clean around them. Not Andreas, he picks everything up off the floor, and ensures the best deep cleaning possible.

Even the steps in my home look and feel as if the carpet was just installed yesterday. If his quote is the same price as another vendor you were thinking of using, trust me, you’ll be far happier with Andreas.

If his quote is a little higher than a vendor you are considering using, trust me, you are getting far more than what you were paying for with Andres.

I am a perfectionist by nature, but between myself and Andres, I am not sure who is worse...ha-ha. Because, even what I felt is couldn't be better, he disagreed and said 'watch this'.....pure magic! He uses the BEST of the BEST in cleaning chemicals, painting, sand, and sealant products. He INSIST on it, ONLY the best for a lifelong finish, and the protection of our most important asset, our home.

Please, for all your home cleaning, sealing, and painting needs, trust it with Andres, you will never need, or WANT, anyone else for these services.

We had a great experience with Andres Professional Services and would definitely hire them again. They started by hot power washing the entire house and all the pavers. Great detail was paid to the guttering and eave area. They applied silicone in all the window areas and sealed all cracks. They put a lot of care into the garage doors, garage accents, front and back doors and coach lights. The main body and trim were done with a lot of care to ensure it was even and professional. Polymeric sand was placed between the pavers and then sealed with a wet look. They worked cleanly and we barely knew they were working on the house. The entire team worked efficiently and respectfully. Our opinion and acceptance of their work was always sought. Communication was easy and often. We definitely recommend them and are proud to support a Waterleigh neighbor!

Andres did a wonderful job sealing our porch and driveway area, He explained the work to be done step by step before doing it, and it was excellent. He and his team are very respectful and responsible people, without a doubt they are the best to carry out these jobs.

Andres and his team did an exceptional job painting our house. He walked us through all the services that would be provided and always kept us up to date. He also delivered earlier than anticipated. He made us feel like family throughout the process. I can't say enough about the interactions and quality of the work rendered. Thank you.

Their meticulous approach and advanced cleaning techniques truly made a noticeable difference. I was amazed at how they were able to restore the original color and beauty of my pavers.

Moreover, the application of polymeric sand and the wet seal coat further enhanced the look and durability of my pavers. The end result is not only aesthetically pleasing but also long-lasting.

Andres and his team sealed cracks on our home’s exterior, replaced baseboards and painted our dining room. They did an exceptional job. They were timely and professional and incredibly easy to work with. We were impressed with their work and look forward to future projects with them. Highly recommend working with Andres!!

Andres was friendly and professional.
We requested having our paver cleaned and sealed. He had a budget option and a bit more expensive professional grade. We went with the professional and are very happy with how it turned out.
Andres is passionate and does extra touches to make the pavers and surroundings look great.
He does not just spray the weeds or simply cut them off… instead gently and meticulously pries open the joints and makes sure to remove the complete weed and roots. Then hot pressure washes all paver areas and surrounding exterior walls and soffits and even the screening of the lanai clean. The poly sand and sealer were top notch.
He was here everyday until completed and started and finished as scheduled. Highly recommended.

We are beyond satisfied with Andres! From the moment we contacted him to give us a quote for our move out to clean the carpets and hot pressure wash the front porch and screened rear porch, he has been exceptionally professional, honest, punctual and hard working. He communicated with us on every detail and was prompt to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Andres Professional Services!

I’ve posted before and after pictures of the hot pressure wash he did on the front and rear of the house. 5-star service Andres! We will recommend you to everyone.

Andres and his team pressure washed, sealed my pavers and painted my house. The job was outstanding, quick and very professional. I was given a more than fair price and couldn't be happier. Use them, you won't regret it.

Andres Professional Services power-washed, sealed, and painted the exterior of our home and also sealed the pavers in our walkway and driveway. Andres and his team care deeply about doing excellent work and it really shows. The job was beautifully done and he and his team finished even faster than originally estimated. I highly recommend Andres Professional Services and will definitely use them again for upcoming flooring projects.

Andres provides the absolute best service. His attention to detail, work ethic, quality of work, and his care is second to none. He treats your home like his home with respect and quality. We always choose Andres for all our home painting projects. There is simply no one better

Andres also sealed the driveway and porch pavers. The before and after are amazing. The pavers have never looked better! Trust Andres to be the best

From the very start Andres was truly a pleasure to work with. He offered incredibly quick responses and detailed information of the services. He and his team painted our stairwell and entire first floor including the trim with incredible speed and quality.

Andres did a terrific job on the house and sidewalk!! He's very easy to work with and has fair prices. Would definitely choose him again!

Professional, thorough, timely, communicative, and overall a very positive experience. We had our sidewalks, curbs, and all pavers on the driveway, front & back porch expertly cleaned, while also repairing sunken pavers on the steps and re-sanding all of the pavers. After getting a complete quote broken down for each part of the job, we confirmed the work requested on a Saturday and the team was out the next Tuesday and completed it all that day. It looks great!!
