I had the pleasure of working with Citrus Cleaning Services LLC, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and thorough. The attention to detail they gave to every corner of my home was exceptional. They used eco-friendly cleaning products, which I really appreciated, and left everything sparkling clean and fresh. Scheduling was easy, and the staff was punctual and friendly. I highly recommend Citrus Cleaning Services for anyone looking for high-quality, reliable cleaning services. We used them for a move out clean and RPM management failed the clean. Citrus clean then refused to come back and do a warranty clean so now we have to pay ANOTHER cleaning company to come and reclean what she missed. We are already out $240 for her service. Do not waste your money.

Cottage Care was great. I used them for the first time yesterday, I have unfortunately found myself on crutches so cleaning up has become a lot more difficult. Typically I take care of my own cleaning and try to stay on top of it as I can. Even with help, I could feel that the cleanliness of the house was slipping away from me. I was recommended to Cottage Care by a friend. I set up an appointment with them, they went through everything that would be cleaned and what wasn't and explained the price up front. The house was cleaned yesterday, let me tell you walking into a clean home like that was awesome and to be honest that was the cleanest the house has been at once in a long time. I will be using them again and definitely recommend them to others. I felt they were priced fairly and did a great job.

It was such a treat to get up this morning and not have to clean. I have a big house and if I get behind on things it shows. I'm having knee surgery in a couple of weeks and Cottage Care will keep my house in good shape which will help with my recovery. My house will always be ready for company! Cottage care was amazing! They were polite and helpful on the phone, working to make a plan for our needs and budget. They communicated their arrival ahead of time and set expectations. Makel and Tiki did an amazing job and left our place spotless.

Cottage Care did a excellent job at my Apartment. I provided them my overly detailed Move-Out Checklist and they completed everything on the list plus went above and beyond. Tasha & Crystal were very accommodating during the setting up appointment process and walked me through everything and kept me informed on the day of cleaning. We always have great experiences with Cottage Care. We don’t always stay on a regular schedule, but they always work with us on making a time work. Our recent cleaning was with Theresa and we appreciated that she came masked and shoe covered, and was very courteous and made sure I walked through and was happy before leaving.

Booking Cottage Care to come for my first time clean was a breeze. I requested service on Thursday, they came out on Monday morning! Wow! Jessica and Mila arrived on time today and did a lovely job. They were very attentive to how I like things done, and very responsive to feedback. They even used my steam mop at my request to clean the floors. I would definitely recommend Cottage Care to anyone with high standards for the upkeep of their home.

I have been a client of Cottage Care for well over 10 years. Since I have 3 cats, they are met with quite the challenge. They take the time to make sure my home not only meets my standards, but their own (which often exceed mine). Their professionalism and work ethic is second to none.

CottageCare did a great job! We are making a temporary move for an assignment and asked for a whole house clean... this took a load off our shoulders. Natasha was friendly, attentive and made sure to look over the home after the team was mostly finished. Our team Megan and Jessica were friendly and worked hard to make things nice. I was especially impressed by Jessica who when I was doing the final walk through found weak spots on her own and cleaned them again. I was so grateful! A great group at great rates and we will be sure to use them again when we get back!

I needed a good reset on my home so I called CottageCare as I had heard good things from friends. I choose the 3 hour service and told them where to focus. She did an amazing job and got everything done. My floors were so clean I slid on them the first time like Tom Cruise in Risky Business! They hadn't been that clean in years. Great service, great clean!
