Cottage Care of Winter Garden is a big help with keeping our house clean. Their communications are great for scheduling and reminders. If our usual cleaner, Tiki, is not available, another cleaner is sent and also does an excellent job. If you need help with house cleaning, I highly recommend Cottage Care!

I called at the last minute to schedule a cleaning at my home ahead of a party I was hosting. Natasha was friendly and quick to respond. She made accommodations to clean my home at the end of the week despite a full schedule for their team. Tiki cleaned our home and did a fabulous job! I haven't seen my shower that clean in a long time! Natasha followed up the next day and we talked through how the cleaning went and she made notes to ensure an even better cleaning the next time we call CottageCare for a cleaning service. Worth every penny and I was so relieved to not have the stress have cleaning the house ahead of the party. Thanks Cottage Care!

Cottage Care is fantastic! They were completely professional from start to finish. The team arrived on time and cleaned efficiently and with close attention to detail. The office staff is also professional and helpful. They work with your schedule to make sure their visits work for you. We are thrilled with the results. I don’t hesitate to recommend their services. Over the years I've had different cleaning companies come to my home. just recently signed up with Cottage care. my service gal her name is Tiki .. she is amazing very detail oriented she cleaned thoroughly she took her time she wasn't in a hurry to do anything. she was willing to go the extra step she really committed to Excellence I'm very happy with her she's been there for many years she knows what she's doing and I want to keep her I love the service crystal is amazing she's the manager she oversees everything and she does not miss a lick I can tell you that... I love both my girls...

The team has always been very professional, friendly,
and has always been very thorough. My home feels like a brand new home whenever they come. They do pay attention to detail and always make sure that I am happy with the cleaning before they leave. We absolutely love Cottage Care. Tiki comes to clean our home once a month and does a spectacular job. The rooms are always immaculate and her attention to detail is unrivaled. They are super communicative and understanding with scheduling as well. Would definitely recommend!

We started using Cottage Care for weekly cleaning service, to keep up with our floors and bathrooms. Jalonda does an amazing job! It’s such a relief to have her here, and we are so grateful. I had a strange experience when trying to simply get a quote for a cleaning company in Winter Garden. I clicked a quote button on their website and filled in detailed information about the home / job.
I must have missed a call from them so an email was sent out from their “Pricing Specialist”. I replied that I would like to proceed with getting the quote via email as I entered quite a bit of info about the home. They refused and explained that they only provide quotes over the phone. No explanation, just that they only provide quotes via phone.
So for anyone looking to receive an online quote from this company, look elsewhere before entering your info on their website.

We loved having Tiki here to clean, I broke my leg and have been unable to keep our home as clean as I like. She did a fabulous job going above and beyond.

I have been using CottageCare for several years now. They are always on time, attentive to anything I ask for and the staff is very friendly. Sarah and the other team members pay attention to detail and always do a great job. They frequently check in with me to ensure they are meeting my needs and asking if there is anything they can do better.

Weve been using Cottage Care since we moved to the Winter Garden area in 2017! They have always worked around our crazy busy schedule and always does a GREAT job cleaning! Highly recommend if you are looking to get weekly, biweekly or even just monthly services! The ladies are fantastic!

We tried Cottage Care for the first time today and they did a fantastic job! The cleaners (Meaghan and Sarah) were courteous and did a wonderful, complete job on our home. Such a great experience! This was our first time ever having a cleaning service and we were absolutely delighted. From the inquiry through the cleaning customer service was top notch. The manager Crystal was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. She even stopped by to check-in to see how things were going. Jolanda was fantastic, things were cleaned extremely well and she even straightened some cluttered items on counters/desks. She was very polite and besides hearing a vacuum didn’t even know she was there. I would highly recommend using Cottage Care for any cleaning needs, we knew right away and already scheduled routine service!

I wanted to update my GOOGLE Review of CottageCare. They've taken the load off for us for over 20 years. Their standard of excellence continues. We could not be more pleased with the thoroughness and care that Jalonda, or an occasional substitute, takes every two weeks. Our floor tile looks great; our baths shine; they manage to make our sometimes chaotic kitchen look like new. They are consistently dependable, and communication with their office for an occasional schedule change is pleasant and efficient. Never a problem. Fairly priced. We recommend them strongly. We practically consider them as family.
