We have been using Molly Maids for several years and they consistently do a great job! Our current team, Clara and Tara (team #4) are very thorough and respectful.

They understand that our dog is afraid of the “monster” (vacuum) and work around him accordingly.

Clara and Tara, as well as the office staff (Amanda, Courtney) are very accommodating when we need to change things up (skip a cleaning or do something extra).

My wife and I highly recommend Molly Maids of West Orange and South Lake Counties!

Molly Maids has been cleaning my house monthly for the past year and recently for a move-out clean. They have been amazing! They always show up on time & are so nice and friendly. My house always looks amazing after their cleanings. I highly recommend Molly Maids for cleaning services!

We’ve had Molly Maid service for over two years, I believe, and while I reviewed before, I was recently sent a new team, Blanca & Jennie. I've been fortunate to have such professional and courteous service to my home. I didn't think it could get any better... but, wow.. maybe it was the fresh set of eyes being at my home for the first time, but it was definitely different. Same quality service, everything is clean, the home smells sanitized, and looks so tidy, but definitely just a notch above. The aesthetic of putting items back, and making things look, not just put back on a counter, but placed in their spot or better.. We have been more than happy, but please let Blanca & Jennie know, thank you!! I've also struggled to get rid of a black mold band between the counter and sink, and I don't believe or recall anyone else getting rid of it, but Blanca did! They even spent time greeting the dogs, so they would leave them alone, so they could get to work. :) Thank you so much, you ladies help me immensely!

We thought we had a clean house before they came but afterwards...everything shines, they worked their magic on the fridge stainless steel - it looks like new. This was a great team who did a great job. We like Molly Maids! Thank you again.

They didn’t clean well for a move in ready clean. Cleaned the toilet on the side you see but not the wall side and didn’t even clean inside. Fans not dusted. Door not wiped off. Window ledges not wiped off. Drywall mud still on the floor. They wanted to only send someone back out, but had already had to hire another cleaner before hearing back from my complaint. Very disappointed!

Just had my deep cleaning done and they did an amazing job! Thank you Jackie and Annette (Team 10) for helping bring some order to my chaos, it's an incredible relief. I look forward to having them back regularly.

We have been using this Molly Maids for the last 7 years. Obviously, with that longevity, we are very happy with their service. Not only do they do a good job on the house, they have great customer service with any requests we may have. We currently have Team#9 Klaudia and Carla and they always seem to strive for and achieve perfection when cleaning our house. Thanks for the great service!

Team number 5 Carol and Aida came and were so thorough cleaning our home. They worked so hard and made our house sparkle!

Booked for a move-in cleaning, clearly communicated that I really wanted inside fridge, cabinets and drawers clean and fresh for our move-in. Once Molly Maid left, I wiped one of the inside of the kitchen cabinets and quickly realized they didn't do a THING to sanitize or clean them! I am having to clean and sanitize everything myself now. Very frustrated. Complete waste of money and time.

I was able to text these photos to the company and they reduced my price, but the fact that I even had to pay a DIME is unacceptable. I genuinely thought this company would do a great job considering all the 5 star reviews, but I am literally in shock of how gross my home is still.

The house was cleaned and the ladies worked very hard. I love the products they use they make the whole house smell wonderful.

Route 4 did amazing. They were very professional and thorough. Our dogs loved them and they were kind towards our little ones. Amazing, highly recommend.

Team 10 (Carissa and Kelly) did a phenomenal job on our move out clean. And so very fast as well! Top-notch!

I have been a customer of Molly Maids for about a year now and I love having them (they come weekly). I work an insane amount of hours and have difficulty keeping up with my home by myself. My absolute favorite team is Team #10 (Jackie and Latosha). They are always so nice and professional and incredibly detailed in their work. They will even present my tissues in a beautiful flower. No joke, the best team I have experienced.

Hired Molly Maid last minute and they were able to accommodate. I received a one time cleaning. Maria and Elba did a fantastic job.

Alba and Maria were very professional and personable. I was (still am) on crutches and they were very helpful and my apartment felt like a different place. I really hope I can use Molly Maid (and get those two) again soon. Thank you!

Thank you for sending Blanca and Jennie, from Route 7 today. They came in and introduced themselves to me. They were very friendly and Oh my goodness they did an outstanding job today. I could start to smell how clean the house smells. They were even very friendly to the grandchildren when they came home from school. Our house is over 5500 square feet. I will be very happy when they come back again to clean. I thanked them again and again for a job well done. 😊
