Anthony and Isaiah were friendly, courteous and informative. Very professional men who made sure to clean up after themselves and explain any issues with our AC system. This was our first experience with Armstrong and we immediately signed up for their maintenance plan. I hope to see these two again (my dog really liked them too)

Omar Sabillion serviced my AC unit today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was both professional and personable—efficient in his work and thoughtful in his approach. From bringing shoe coverings to walking me through each step of the process, Omar made sure I felt informed and completely comfortable having him in my home.

I’ve been using Armstrong since I purchased my house, and I’m genuinely glad I found them. Their maintenance program is not only affordable but absolutely worth it. Great service, great people—highly recommend.

Isaiah & Amirion came out and did an amazing job. They stuck around and answered all my questions and even looked into another issue I was experiencing. Never felt rushed, explained everything in great detail & made it feel like they were genuinely here to help and cared about what they were doing. Unlike some people I've dealt with before. If you're lucky enough to get these 2 I can assure you the work will be top tier.

They came at the beginning of January, supposedly having fixed the problem, and in less than a month I had the same issue. To avoid it being considered the same problem and to charge double, they said the technician who came the first time told me he needed more time to investigate further, and supposedly I refused (I spoke with the technician on speakerphone with my wife next to me, and that wasn't the conversation). I don't recommend this company.

Update of my Review: Today I received a call from Pedro in customer service. He was very kind and understanding, took the time to listen to my concern, and fully understood it. He issued a refund for the first visit, which is exactly what I was hoping to have resolved. Thank you, Pedro.

Service was on point. Christian Valentin was great. He got here right on time and was very personable and professional. He did a thorough inspection and gave us tips on how to maintain our unit.

Excellent work, attention to details. Our unit was serviced by Isaiah who was excellent, he balanced our system and explained everything in detail as the work was done. Highly recommended Armstrong air and electric and especially Isaiah who did a great job with our home.

Justin was communicative and very thorough with the maintenance of our units. He arrived on time and was able to complete the maintenance plus a couple of recommended item the same day. He cleaned everything up after and was very respectful of cost and time.

Excellent technical and customer service by Hazael. He definitely exceeded my expectations by taking the time to describe to me everything that he was doing and everything that I needed to do to maintain my HVAC system properly. He even checked all the settings on my thermostat to make sure they were optimized. I didn’t feel like he was just in a rush to get finished and get out of here—he really took the time to answer all of my questions which is unusual nowadays. And this was at the end of his day (6 pm)! I would highly recommend Armstrong’s services and I will be keeping them on speed dial If I ever need repairs or installation services.

I contacted Armstrong via email when my heat pump/AC unit seemed unable to maintain the heat temp setting during the hard freeze on 02/01/2026. Armstrong followed up with a phone call within two hours and sent a tech out an hour or two after that. Same day! The tech, Edinsson, evaluated things promptly and determined a ball valve had likely stuck. He advised how to self-correct a similar issue in the future if necessary. Great response time! Great service! Satisfied customer.

Just wanted to take the time to recognize the amazing work that Hazael Rodriguez did in our house. From the initial interaction he was very informative, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to take care of the issue we had and offered ways to help prevent it in the future. Because of the phenomenal work Hazael did, we trust his expertise and took his advise to purchase an annual maintenance plan!

During the fl. Freeze I heard a strange noise from the condenser. Armstrong sent out Hazael to check things out. I can tell you , the next day appointment is very unheard of in the state of fl. And was very appreciated . Hazael was very friendly and knowledgeable. He insured me that everything was working fine and that the noise was from switching the unit to heat mode. What a relief! I truly believe that Hazael is a valuable employee and will only enhance the Armstrong air & electric name.
