I wrote another review, which I stand by wholeheartedly. I neglected to mention my serviceman name, it is Eric Henry. This serivice took place July 12, 2022. After fooling around with another company over my broken A/C unit, I finally got frustrated and called Pro Tech. Eric came out and could not find anything wrong with my unit. I purchased a biannual service plan from him and paid for the diagnostic visit. I was never so happy to give away my money. It is truly refreshing to find an honest company and service man. I will say that the first A/C company I used did fix my unit but it broke down less than 24 hours later, and days have passed with no update from that company as far as getting a part that I needed. But, low and behold, I don't need that part anyway!! Thank you Eric and thank you Pro Tech. Your Integrity and honesty is admirable.

Pro tech responded promptly this time and honored my request to have Jordan do the follow through. He was again friendly, professional and explained everything he would do and why. Fingers crossed that our newly treated cool will solve the ongoing problem with algae build up in the unit . . .🤞

Joseph did a wonderful job replacing our hot water heater. We called Pro-Tech around 3:00 that afternoon. He showed up around 6:45 p.m. The time quote they originally gave us was 8 p.m - 11 p.m. so to have him show up early was a bonus! He had a water heater on the truck and was able to get everything done by around 9:00. He even took a quick look at another small plumbing issue we were having in the bathroom and gave us a simple solution. We would definitely use them again!

I called on a Sunday for my non working air conditioner. I was connected to a live person who was an employee of Pro-Tech and not a call center. She was immediately able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Richard Cuesta was the technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He gave me some great advice and insight on air conditioners. I would definitely use Pro-Tech again.

Once again Pro Tech came through in a pinch! Not only were they able to replace the flange within 24 hours of me calling, Gerrid did a fantastic job! Service with a smile. Everything looks and works great! Thanks again!

Eric Jackson was friendly and knowledgeable about his job and was happy with his performance. The only negative side is that it took 3 days to get a schedule with your company to do this AC problem. Me and my wife has to suffer without AC .So we decided to stay in a hotel to cool off . Hope this won’t happen the next time or we call someone who could come for the same day service . Pro tech install my AC That’s why we call you first .

Chris came out same day and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He had the parts onboard his truck and had cool air flowing within a half hour. The entire process from contact to repair was very seamless and professional. Good customer service and great technicians. Very well done. Highly recommend.

Our Pro-Tech technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a very good job servicing our air conditioning unit. Pro-Tech is very easy to contact and come quickly when there is a problem. I am very satisfied with Pro-Tech and their technicians.

Velrick performed our AC maintenance today & did a great job...very thorough, personable & professional. He was very knowledgeable & we enjoyed talking with him. Been with Pro-Tech for years. Awesome experience. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did an outstanding job helping us to understand what was going on with our system. And, he patiently answered all of our questions in a manner that we could understand. He is a great asset to your company. And, he loves and takes great pride in his work.

The sales rep and installers were top notch professionals. The installation was immaculate and very well done. You would not have known any work was done in our home when they left, and they were here working for 11 hours!! Price was high, but we appreciate good quality and understand that supply chain issues are driving costs up. The only negative is, shortly after installation, the system went dead. No power to the thermostat or the system. We called the service line and were told someone would be out next day between 10am and 1pm. The technician arrived later than the window that was provided. He identified the problem and replaced what he found to be a faulty float switch. Like his colleagues the day before, the technician was extremely competent and professional. I suspect the lateness was not his fault.

Our tech Kerry was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was spot on finding the problem that others had missed in the past. Kerry knows his stuff!! He offered us many options and was very professional and courteous. Thank you so much to Kerry and the ProTech team!

Excellent service! The team is very professional. They showed up exactly on time as committed. Checked everything well and did the complete repair to my satisfaction the same day what otherwise would have taken maybe a couple of days. I highly recommend Pro-Tech for plumbing and Air Conditioning maintenance. A/C Technician - Jordan is very polite, an absolute professional & proficient with his job.

He was amazing. Made me feel comfortable about the decision I was making. Very knowledgeable about the product and instillation. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything or have to give him an answer right away. He simply showed me the products offered took detailed measurements and then gave me a price. He told me to take all the time I needed and then headed out. That is why I chose Pro-tech and I am glad I did. They have all been wonderful.

Cost me $49 to tell me that I needed something new to add to my AC when my AC was new and to get me to sign up for their monthly maintenance. Tried to get me to do a service for $312, when another quote I got was for $100. PAID $100 AC is good a tiny clog that took 30 seconds. Didn’t need new equipment. Beware!

Not much to say, given this was just a quick service but we've been super pleased with Pro-Tech in general. Jailene has been out before, and has done a great job. We're I believe two years into a brand new AC system, and absolutely love it. Of all the remodeling, and appliances we've done this past 2yrs, this investment is probably what we're most pleased with. They're not the cheapest in town, by ANY stretch. But, so far the quality, and customer service has reflected the price.

We are very happy with the service we received from ProTech, specifically with Juan Catalas. He was professional and personable and explained in detail what was needed and why and how he repaired our furnace. It is now back to normal service and we couldn’t be happier. Cost was more than we expected since no new parts were required.

In terms of reliability, Manny was consistently punctual and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We were alerted he was on his way, and he arrived promptly.
Manny conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, always respecting our home and safety. He made sure to use appropriate gear and left no mess behind after completing the job. They offered us a clear estimate and that is what we paid.

I am part of their yearly service program, and today I had my yearly visit, which should have been an easy day.

About 4 hours after the tech left, at which point told us our unit was functioning perfect, our house was a scorcher, in the high 70’s with an error light and the a/c completely off.

The zero rating was changed today by Sheryl at the call center who persisted on getting us a last minute appointment today, and the tech Roberto. He came and completely went through everything that was done the day before, and basically made sure everything was checked to figure this out. I am happy to say we now have our a/c working thanks to these 2 fixing the originals mistakes

Juan did a great job servicing our ACs today. He was very thorough, respectful and has a great personality. We've been using Pro-Tech for a few years now and we're really impressed by the service techs. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Juan!

Nick was our service provider and he was awesome! Even after given a time window I was notified 15 minutes before arrival. Nick was very professional and polite.

William was amazing at our installation. I feel horrible that I did not catch his fellow employee’s name. They arrived on time and stayed till the job was done and I knew how to operate equipment. They were also very polite and courteous.
