Just had both of my A/C units replaced by Cloud 9 and I’m certain that they are the best HVAC company in Orlando! Cody gave us a great deal a Jason and Alex did a perfect job of getting them installed. If you need repairs, replacement or an annual maintenance plan you should definitely give them a call. You will not be disappointed!

Titan Air is literally a life saver and has provided amazing service in multiple locations.

The air duct cleaning special for only $129 is pretty much a bait and switch.
The sales pro cloaked in a technician uniform comes out and tells you that by just doing this simple cleaning you’re actually going to make the air quality worse and to not be surprised if you get sick after doing it.

The only way to fix this is to “sanitize” the system which is an additional $350. And of course this is only good for 8 months.

Even after paying the additional cost, I still feel stuffy and scammed.

They should be more upfront on their website. Should have went with a different company who was transparent.

The installation went great, and the guys were so nice. I would absolutely recommend your service!

We were very pleased with Titan air. They were prompt, attentive and professional. The digital thermostat needed calibrating and they consulted with manufacturer to get it set correctly. Very impressive!

So I've been a customer for three years. Recently I found out that the ownership had changed but instead of looking for a new company, I called them for a leak I had. To my pleasure, the employees were the same. Same operator taking calls, same service techs, same great service and fair pricing. The only difference was some new uniforms and a newly wrapped van, which was a nice touch. Thanks to the new owner and to his employees who seem just as satisfied with their boss as before. Keep it up and I'll stick with you and keep referring my friends and family! Thanks for keeping us cool!

Update: 4 years later and I'm still relying on titan ac! They recently ordered a part for me and it came so fast I was pleasantly shocked. From the receptionist/dispatcher to the service workers to the owner himself. Everyone is kind, courteous, honest and helpful. I recommend titan to everyone at work and I'm thankful for them.

I can't recommend this business more! Whether its a standard service call, or a repair need, they are on the ball. The technical service and customer service is far over and above what we generally see in the world today.. Thank you for keeping my salon cool!..

Had issue with AC unit not cooling all of a sudden. Alex came out the same day and quickly assessed the issue as being the capacitor. He had the replacement part in the vehicle, and was able to get the system running again quite quickly. Even gave me some pointers on a plumbing issue that I had going on at the same time (not AC related). Great personality, very professional, and a very fair price. Titan is now my go to AC/Heating company.

I've done business with Titan Air for years. Always been satisfied with their service. Recently my very old system finally gave out. That sent someone with in 2 hours and when they found that that the system wasn't repairable they installed a new system the next business day.

Excellent techs installed the unit and took the old one away. Professional and courteous service and good pricing for product. The unit was installed 1 day after purchase was made.

These folks have put in 2 systems for us. They are great to deal with, very reasonable prices, and very responsive to any service related issues. We had a minor issue and they were out within an hour and had us up and running again. Highly recommend.

Titan are is an awesome company whenever we have issues they are there in a jiffy.

I recently had some issues with my AC unit. I called Titan and received an appointment on the same day, when others that I called couldn't schedule me until the following week. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and accommodating. The tech, Oscar did an incredible job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Contrast this to the previous AC company that I hired, which charged me and didn't even fix the issue. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Titan and would certainly hire them again should the need arise! Highly reccomend!

The servicemen was very polite and respectful. He worked continuously until the task was done. He did arrive early, explaining that his first appt was a no show. A text giving us a heads up would have been nice since it was morning. Not a biggie, though.
