After spending years of overpaying for service calls and wasting time listening to unsolicited sales pitches from a "big name" company, I think I have finally found the honest, reliable, timely, thorough and FAIR a/c company I've been looking for! New construction home so many problems. I was so tired of dealing with warranty nonsense with the builder. my friend said call cloud 9 they will make things right watch. super hesitant I decided to try these guys. they showed up on time got the AC working and explained everything to us. I was ready to be ripped off but it never happened... I couldn't even through enough money at them. I felt like I took advantage them instead of the other way around. good to know people like this still exist.

They replaced my ac with a superior system at a much better price than multiple other vendors. Service is good and when you call for service, you are speaking with the owner.

I called Cloud 9 at 9:27am on a Wednesday and reached Mike on the first ring. He had me text name and address to him and he would send a tech to our home shortly. Cody, the technician, showed up at 11:00am on the dot. Talk about a quick response time! Cody was able to flush the nasty gunk out of our drain system which helped get our AC working without shutting off with the overflow valve. He gave us a quote at a more than reasonable price for a more permanent solution (we've had to do water remediation twice due to the drain leaking). We agreed to move forward with the permanent work and it's scheduled to be completed on Monday! Both Mike and Cody were professional and well spoken.

I was having an issue with our AC and I wanted to use a local, family run business so I called Cloud 9 AC Services. Boy, I’m so happy that I did! It was 95 degrees and the AC wasn’t cooling properly and I have two large dogs here with me and it was miserable! I called Michael, he listened to the issue I was having and talked me through the possible problem. I took his advice and it helped me get through the very hot night. He sent Cody out the next day and he flushed out the drain and everything is working great again!
So professional and helpful! Very trustworthy and reasonably priced! I will use this company from here on out for any potential issue with the air conditioner in the future.

I told cloud 9 that they were going to get an amazing review for me MONTHS ago. As a new mom having recently gone back to work it has taken me a while to get this review up, but after referring them to a friend, I wanted to make sure that I finally put my review up! I woke up at 2 AM to my AC being out in my home and 80°. With that a three-month-old and two dogs, this is absolutely not an ideal scenario. After calling company after company and hearing that it would be 1-2DAYS before they could get to us and then having one company reschedule last minute, I called cloud9. Within 20 minutes they showed up! The owner, who I spoke with originally, was amazing! I told him the problems we were having. He immediately told me what he thought the problem was. He told me that he would call and find out where his tech was and he would get him to me as soon as possible. Never did I anticipate that I would get a callback saying that they would be here in 20 minutes. To say that this made a huge impact is an understatement. I have never had such quick professional and caring service! We all take our AC companies for granted until we are stuck in the Florida heat in the dead of summer(June)! I cannot recommend Cloud 9 to enough people !!!

Cloud 9 is great! Mike is very responsive and professional and Cody is a great technician. He was able to identify and fix my problem when another AC company couldn't. Price was reasonable and I highly recommend them!
