Justin was super nice, was able to quickly figure out what was wrong and help figure out what caused the unit to freeze up. Then he went over and beyond and vacuumed out the AC closet leaving it looking much better.

Installed AC in my Town Home the AC was in my Attic and the drain was plugged and had a faulty shut off valve. Jordan was out the next day to replace drain and said he would be back next day to repair my ceiling! Took care of everything Jordan does great work!

Our unit was originally installed just under 5 years ago when we built our house by a larger chain company whom also did the electrical as well. We have had nothing but issues and headaches since closing. The last few weeks we have had the dreaded E47 error on our Nest thermostat and water buildup in our lines and we knew as it was happening more frequently that calling said company was not happening. Robert came out on a Saturday morning and handled clearing our underground line for us as well as diagnosing our leaking coil. Thank God it was still under warranty! However, we dreaded having to call that chain company to come out and make the replacement repairs... not the case. Robert handled the entire process for us! He put in the warranty claim for us through the distributor, picked up the part, and handled the replacement! Good to go on Monday! We were only responsible for the labor per our warranty and it was very, very affordable. We were very grateful that he took the time to do this for us and taught us some helpful ac tips as well. Even got us a great deal on filters as we couldn't find our unusual size in stores. Highly recommended and will definitely call back for future needs!

Air Comfort Technology is a great company providing great service. Very friendly and reliable! Got our A/C back up and running in our business very quickly. Great customer service from start to finish. Robin is a great guy and I recommend Air Comfort Technology.

Due to our Goodman heat pump not cooling we called a number given by the manufacturer since it was under warranty. That technician came and checked our unit only to tell us that we needed to replace the condenser unit. Needless to say we called the warranty number again to see if that would be covered. Of course not. Only parts. The saving grace was having them give us Air Comfort Technology's number. Robin responded to our home quickly and within an hour had it running/cooling. He and his assistant were very knowledgeable and addressed the issue. Not only did they get it running but made sure that everything else in the unit was functioning properly. Truly professional. Wish we could give them 10 stars.

My motor in my handler blew out on a Sunday right before a hurricane hit. Everyone was shut down. Robin convinced a supplier to open on a Sunday to get the motor and promptly came out and replaced it. Have known Robin for over a decade. Trustworthy, reliable, and high quality service. Highly recommend.

When our AC unit stopped working this past Friday evening, Robin was at our house within 45 minutes of me calling him. Great customer service! Will definitely use his company again for all of our AC needs.

Well, Robin is a saint, our A/C broke down yesterday, so we called our company that we have a “contract” with...Well...long story short, they never showed up at the scheduled time and kept playing games telling me and my wife that “someone” will call us. That’s when I decided to look someone else. I went into nextdoor Neighboor, and Robin came highly recommend. I called at 5pm and he stated that he could come to our house, however, he did clarified it would be late in the day, me and my wife were ok with that. He showed up at our house at around 10pm, and he fixed our issue in 10 minutes, and the price was highly reasonable. He was honest and at no point tried to oversell. Robin is honest, hardworking and he truly cares about his clients wellbeing. I highly recommend him.

Robin treats you more like a friend than a customer. He takes the time to not only solve the issue but explain the problem and how to fix it. He will answer whatever questions you have and will not push you to buy a product or a repair if you don’t need it. He has always come through for me and my family and his work is second to none. He is honest, fair and highly reliable. There is no one else my family and I trust when it comes to our AC than Robin and Air Comfort Technology.

Robin Bunch had always taken care of our A/C service since we built the house. He did not install the units but since our very first service call to questions we have come up, Robin is always available and very helpful. Trust worthy and reasonable. Robin always asks probing questions, tries to give you tips if it’s something he feels he understands over the phone and THEN schedules to come out if problem isn’t solved.
