Not all AC companies are created equal!! Rich’s AC figured out issues that we’ve had for years that no other company could figure out or even brought to our attention...How to maximize the Ecobee. Why there was mildew on our vents (and fixed it). Why not having a vent in an area (stupid builders) was bad (and fixed it). Reattached our fallen vents in the attic (stupid builders). They probably saved us thousands of dollars by replacing something that would have fried our whole system.

All of what they did should help save lots of $$$$$$ on our energy bill too!! (We had a lot done.)

From the very first phone call, I knew Rich's AC was different. I spoke with Ben, who was fantastic. He really listened to my concerns and wasn't dismissive, even though I wasn't sure if my issue was something they could help with. Ben asked a lot of pertinent questions, and I really appreciated how thorough and thoughtful he was.

Anyway, I recently had a frustrating leak issue that two other companies failed to diagnose. Both technicians performed a quick, superficial check and left without a clear conclusion. Then, Tim from Rich's AC came to the house, and the experience was completely different.

Tim was incredibly patient and thorough. He didn't give up, meticulously investigating every possible cause of the leak. He went above and beyond, checking everything until he was absolutely confident in his findings. Just as Tim was digging in, another technician (Sorry, I forgot to get your name) from Rich's AC arrived to lend a hand. He was also a really cool guy, and his professionalism and friendly demeanor perfectly matched Tim's. Their investigative work was exhaustive, and throughout the entire process, they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Their explanations were clear and logical, and it was a relief to finally have someone who was so dedicated to finding the root of the problem.

After a long and thorough investigation, Tim confidently concluded that the leak was not caused by the AC drain, but he did identify a possible cause that required a plumber's expertise. His dedication was so impressive that I am sure if he had the plumbing know-how, he would have tackled the job right then and there. His commitment to finding the correct answer, even when it meant a longer service call, was a breath of fresh air.

I am so appreciative of their hard work and professionalism. I would highly recommend the whole team at Rich's AC to anyone who needs a reliable and honest AC company. They are true professionals who genuinely care about solving the customer's problem.

They were very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain to me what's going on with my heat pump, they didn't jump the gun and tell me it was junk and that I needed to replace it right away. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. The chargers were very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and refer them to other people.

We were concerned about how our a/c was running so we contacted Ben from Rich’s a/c. Tim and Dawson came out and diagnosed the problem quickly (leak in the coil). Fortunately, my system had a coil available and Tim and Dawson were out a few days later to replace it. They did a fantastic job. Very professional and straightforward.
