Rich's AC were AMAZING! Tim and Dawson did an excellent job along with the owner at not only putting up our new mini split but really taking the time to problem solve placement so I would not end up with something I didn't like. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy which is something that is so hard to come by these days! They asked me more questions than the contractors that I was working with. We have been using RICH'S AC for our home and Church for many years. Always professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. We came back from a vacation to find our unit not working and they promptly came over, while sending a second technician for parts before the supplier closed on a Friday night.

Both times I’ve had them out (separate issues) everything was completed very professionally and promptly. The team is very courteous and professional. They showed up when they said they would. Communication is definitely key with them. I was well informed as to the time they were going to arrive. If you have any issues at all with your HVAC system, you will not be disappointed. 5 plus stars, and would give 10 if I could.

After returning home I noticed my AC was out. I called Rich's AC and got a service technician within 40 minutes. The technician's excellent knowledge and experience got my system up and running within an hour, despite a controller board failure. Willing to work even in the rain, The technician diagnosed and implemented an advanced quick-fix so we would be able to be comfortable while parts were ordered. I'm glad to have experienced service when the need was immediate (elderly occupants).

Entire crew was very knowledgeable and articulate throughout the whole process. We had a new unit installed and it went smoothly without a problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for hvac needs.

Ben with Rich’s AC came out to see what was wrong with our system. He was very knowledgeable, and our unit was old, and he was able to fix it enough till we could get a new one lined up to be installed. Later on the whole team then helped install our new system, Ben, Will, Dawson, and Tim… they were all Fantastic and everything went great! Tim was very diligent and methodical making sure everything was installed correctly and working before the day was done. Great team and excellent service!

We have been using Rich’s AC for several years now and the company I work for uses them as well. They have always been honest, timely, and given us great advice and great service. I feel like they are honest and would not give you any kind of service that you did not need or repair that was unnecessary.

Ben has been my go to A/C company for the better part of 10 years. The company has done everything from servicing, minor repairs, and full AC replacements. My upstairs Carrier heat pump died last week. It was eleven years old. My Carrier HP has been nothing but problems — yes, I got a lemon!

I found Rich’s AC from the Daikin website. I obtained three local bids before choosing an efficient inverter model.

Today, Wil and Dawson came out to install my heat pump system. The two gentlemen were timely, considerate and technically competent in R32 coolant systems. They also took away my old hardware and did a nice job of cleaning up all the packaging and ductwork debris. I am very pleased. I hope to have them install another in the near future.

Our technician Wil was on time and very detailed in accessing 2 new units installed by a different installer. They are Daikin certified and able to spot issues that need to be fixed. Great communication. Definitely would recommend using Rich’s AC.

I highly recommend Rich's AC. They are reasonable, professional easy to talk to, and overall Will the technician is highly skilled and actually cares about your needs or preferences. We are slightly budgeted and they do offer a generous payment plan that's also optional. If you are looking for your next new Ac Unit I would definitely consider them for a quote.

Found them through the Daikin dealer website. Glad I did. I had 4 other quotes, I wasn’t confident other companies were willing to complete each step with attention to detail. I felt many in this industry aren’t transparent on what is best for your specific needs.

When speaking Will, Ben, and Dawson I could easily tell they were incredibly skilled, honest, and detailed. Especially with sizing of the new unit. They thoroughly helped me understand operation of the unit after install and updated settings for our humid region. They are there to help long term and did an amazing job! Install was seamless and thorough.

I am convinced Daikin is the way to go. The inverter is amazingly quiet. It is right outside a bedroom window and you can hardly hear it anymore, this used to be an issue with prior unit for comfortability.

I am so glad to have found Rich's AC. They are the "Chick-fil-A" of AC, providing an amazing customer experience, I knew right away talking on the phone I wanted to use them. I received the highest quality service, from the friendliest people in the industry, and at a very reasonable price. The work was executed in a convenient, respectful, and timely manner, and they took the time to answer any and all questions. I had a unique situation where my unit was working fine, but needed to be re-platformed. They brainstormed a great idea and brought it to life; now I have security and peace of mind. I'll continue to use them for any and all of my needs.

The team was very knowledgeable and knew how to customize the install to fit our home. There were challenges associated with the previous system and they were able to amend the previous mistakes and reuse key components and integrate them into the new system. The end result is a superior system which is more efficient and quieter than the previous system. We are very pleased with the end result.

Robin and his team are so professional, friendly, and dependable! Robin has serviced our a/c for 17 years and just recently installed our new unit. He used high quality products, is practical with repairs, and always has a solution the same day!
