We have used Rich's AC for over 10 years. They service 2 homes that we own and have installed one new system. There has never been any dissatisfaction.

These guys are the best. I’ve been using them for the last decade. They are quick to respond, always courteous, they’ve always done a fantastic job, and they are very conscious of keeping the workspace clean and wearing shoe covers when they walk in the house. Highly recommend.

This business is fantastic! I’ve worked with 4 different AC companies in Orlando / Winter Garden since moving here. Private equity bought up and ruined all the AC companies, but NOT this one. Finally found a family-run business that listens, responds, and doesn’t try to scam you.

Use these folks. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. This is the best AC company in Orlando. Just call them, you’ll see what I mean after the first phone call.

Rich’s AC did a great job replacing our entire system. They showed up when scheduled and completed the job in a timely fashion. We encountered a small issue after the installation and Rich’s techs came right back out to fix the issue. Everyone was respectful, knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions honestly and thoroughly. We’re happy with the final result of working with them.

Rich's AC ,Ben was comfortable on phone and said they be at my house next day at a certain time. He arrived as intended. Dignosed my entire system and informed me as he went along and completed an excellent service.

I called Rich's AC when our air conditioner quit working, probably related to the storm we had. The technician came by in a short amount of time and soon had the AC working. Because of his experience he was quickly able to resolve the problem. He was not only very skillful at fixing the AC but very pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely call them when we need service again.

Called Rich's A.C. On Tuesday, heating system repaired on Wednesday. I didn't know this kind of professional service existed anymore. Ben got the parts same day; Tim made the motor replacement next day. 5 stars Rich's A.C.

My husband and I have used Rich’s A/C for years. When we put a closed porch on our home we called Rich’s. They came out and installed a mini split; it works great! We love to sit on our porch even on those hot summer days/nights.
Rich’s A/C goes above and beyond for their customers with very fair prices.

Wilson came to our house and performed maintenance on our hvac. His timing? Prescient. His physique? Like some sort of ginger tom hanks. His skills and capabilities? Outstanding. Not only would I hire his company again I want to make an offer to the company to buy HIM and have him live in my garage. Would have given 6 stars but he didn’t have a mustache.

Saw their sign on road side, called them that evening and Ben came out the next morning. Got what I needed done and was able to troubleshoot some other things. Ben was very knowledgeable, patient, super respectful and thorough. I highly recommend Ben and the team for any HVAC needs.

Ben, Will and the rest of the RICH crew are an amazing team of experienced HVAC pros. We've had them for years and are very impressed by their experience and professionalism. We contract them to do preventive maintenance on all our hvac systems and they have also done a full hvac system replacement for us. They really do it all and they do it well. From answering the phone and sending someone out same day, even though it was already later in the day, to quickly repairing my AC unit rather than attempt to sell me a new one, Rich's AC was amazing. Both Ben and Christina have made life so much cooler, and faster than any other service was able to. Ben is obviously much more knowledgeable than any others who I've had come out. Whatever you're paying Ben, it's likely not enough.
