I called Cloud 9 AC services on a Thursday morning because my house wasn’t cooling sufficiently at nighttime. They sent out a tech within 3 hours of the call and he quickly assessed, diagnosed and fixed the issue we were having (our unit had a small leak). They did not try to upsell or push us to buy a new unit and the cost of the repair was very reasonable in comparison to other / larger companies. Cody was nothing but courteous and professional. I would absolutely recommend Cloud 9 AC services for any HVAC project/problem and I will certainly use them again as I bought their service contract which was a great deal.

Mike answered my call at 8am and had a tech (Cody) out same day. While on the phone, Mike said he would try and troubleshoot our AC with me but what I was explaining as the issue, he knew we needed someone to come take a look.

Our tech Cody was professional, smart and really nice! He knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it within minutes. Instead of having us pay an arm and a leg to fix a broken part, he worked his magic and gave us a solution that fixed our AC issue.

First time using Cloud 9 today and I am "wowed". From scheduling the appointment until the end, I received nothing but stellar service. They make scheduling so simple. Everyone is professional and kind, even to my kitties. The technician shared maintenance help for things I have never been told in 5 years of owning a home with regular maintenance and offered the best deal for my service. Highly recommend and happy to finally be able to settle in with a company.

My mom is a senior on a fixed income. When her AC gave out in the sweltering summer heat we called the company that installed the AC. They had sold her a 7 year service and repair warranty with the unit. Long story short they went out of business and the company that bought their # wanted 3000 to repair the issues with No warranty. I called a second company that said we needed to replace several parts over 5000 with no warranty or better yet buy a new unit! After two weeks of no AC we were so disheartened BUT then Cloud9 came through!!! They tested the unit fixed the line and the AC is working!!! God Bless these men for their honesty!This is an honest company you can trust!

Due to issues I've had with previous AC services I took the advice of other locals in my area and used Cloud 9. They now do my bi-annual maintenance and all my repairs. They respond quickly, customer service is wonderful and I am now a100% loyal customer. NO HIGH PRESSURE sales, prices are fair and they have treated us too well to go anywhere else.

Highly recommend. Called them today at 2pm to come and clear my AC drain because it was clogged. The tech. arrived by 3:45pm and was able to clear the drain. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging to share what was being done. Best part is being able to support local business and found their rates to be fair/in market

I have used Cloud 9’s service for repairs on two separate occasions now. They were able to fit me in within a few hours and the service was friendly, professional, and quickly completed. Cody was able to identify the issue and had the parts to fix it immediately. I would recommend this business and use them again in the future!

This company really needs to hire more techs. We had to wait 5 days in a home over 95 degrees. When you live in Phoenix during the month of July and your AC breaks, a tech should be over there within 24 hours. Living in 95 degrees that long is unsafe. On the other hand, the tech that did arrive was respectful which is why they got 3 stars.

When another company told us we needed $5k worth of repairs, I reached out to friends for a recommendation for a second opinion and found Mike with Cloud 9. He responded immediately, and quoted us less than $700. One day later, our AC was running perfectly thanks to his team member, Isaac, who was professional, sweet, and quick. Won’t look anywhere else for HVAC services in the future. So grateful to have a trustworthy and reliable option now!

Top notch business! We bought a house knowing the a/c unit was at the end of its lifespan. Cloud 9 helped us maximize its life for a couple extra years (far more than we expected). The air handler stopped working earlier this week and we truly appreciated how Cloud 9 approached the situation. Mike helped us make an informed decision between a repair and replacement. We decided to replace our Carrier unit with a Goodman and it was installed next day. Great/reliable communication, fast service, honest and transparent pricing - everything you want when it comes to a business who keeps you cool in the Florida heat! Grateful for the reviews that led us to Cloud 9 and hoping this one helps others :)

You guys should probably not speed through neighborhoods and roll through stop signs while a GIANT ad is on the side of your vans. People's lives are more important than getting to your next job site. Get it together.

Amazing service! They were able to get out to me within only a couple hours of getting in touch with Mike. Cody was my technician and was great. He was able to fix the AC in about 20 minutes when another company said the only option was to replace it. Highly recommend to anyone needing maintenence.

Definition of quality and professionalism from beginning to end. They were quick to respond, diagnosed the issue and replaced my entire system all within 48 hours of me reaching out. They even topped off my old unit with freon at no charge to keep us cool until they could get the new unit installed. They were friendly and cleaned up the work space once they finished.
