The team from Titan Air Conditioning and Heating finished the installation yesterday. Everything went smoothly from the frequent communication to the installation. Steve arrived promptly, kept me informed, cleaned up inside and out on completion. A very professional company, I highly recommend them.

I recently requested a quote on a new Mitsubishi heat pump. I received a very good quote the next day and within a week, the removal of the old system and installation of the new system was completed.

Great company, competent staff

Came out same day within a few hours of calling and fixed our AC unit! Great customer service and very knowledgeable and friendly AC technician. Signed up for their maintenance program right away because of how great they were!

Both guys worked quickly to get both complete units done. I would refer serviced to others.

Had a split unit I needed installed and Titan came out and had it up and running within a 4-5hr window.

What an awesome company. From Jason the owner, Carol in the office to the install tech’s this is a first rate top notch Company.They are very professional and take the time to explain everything they are doing every step of the way.they’re pricing was very reasonable, From the few estimates I received, and the install was done very quickly from when I ordered the new unit. And again the Install crew was extremely knowledgeable very professional and did an excellent job. This is a five star company and if I could I’d give them six stars.

Donnie and Ben were here twice on Thursday trying to find the problem with the the A/C. It boiled down to being the wire running from the unit outside to the thermostat which they replaced and got every thing up and running again.

Bryan and Steve worked quickly and very hard to get the job done. They had to go to Lowe’s to get extra supplies and a 5 hour job turned into an 8 hour job but they were professional and courteous. I am so happy they were the gentlemen who did the work for us today.

Titan was responsive, honest and fast to repair. They offered suggestions and honesty that a new part would likely be needed and not available until Monday so we could save the weekend service fee.

I was in a pinch, leaving for out of town with a leaking AC unit. Bryan was at my home within minutes to help me with my issue. Honesty is hard to come by in this field, and I can tell that this is a super honest company with great intentions. The team at Titan will take care of you, which seems like a simple expectation, but in this industry is actually very hard to find. I’ve had Titan Air do work for me twice now and both times they did a quality job in a reasonable time.

In this industry you will more often than not find companies that will take any chance they can to rip you off. Whether it’s overcharging for installations, equipment purchases, or even maintenance calls, there are endless opportunities to make money from customers in desperate need of help. In my experience, this is not how Titan Air conducts their business.

I’ve spoken to the owner most recently prior to getting my heat pump and air handler replacements installed, and he was very patient and answered all my technical questions about how they do their installs. He provided me a quote to install that was of reasonable cost, but more importantly, he had his team ready to do the work the same week. As for his team, they were similarly as patient and professional. Although I’m not in the HVAC business, I’m an engineer at heart and they were very proud to showcase their skills when I requested to see the brazing part of the heat pump install. This kind of attitude is exactly what you want to see, and is a testament to how much experience they have.

If you’re looking for any A/C work needing to be done in Central Florida, you can stop looking now, because you’ve found the only company worth your time.

The two gentlemen who came to install the mini split were very pleasant and polite. They explained the process and got on with the job. The installation went smoothly and they were very thorough cleaning up. Highly recommend Titan Air. I was having some troubles with my remote and Steve came out and sorted it out. Prompt courteous and quickly worked out the issue. Office was quick to help connect me with Steve and was very courteous. I will use them going forward for maintenance on the mini split and for my house unit.

Technician was pleasing to deal with and seemed to be very familiar with the required repair. Kept me well informed of what repair was needed and the cost.
