I called ADU to schedule a look over our house and spoke with Melodie. Melodie, was friendly and provided great customer service.

First time calling I needed Help rt away and they answered every question I had.They had someone out to my rental property in less then 1hr.The inspection was done by Vanessa's I must say she was very professional, polite, understanding, knowable, etc.I will truly be using them again &I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

I rarely hold any expectations of the first google search result to pop-up, but I have been desperate to sort out this Mold situation my landlord has been failing to acknowledge and remediate this first year of our lease…

Now that we are renewing the lease, I am finally getting my own objective third-party opinion on the situation via inspection… and it’s free!

Tracy was exceedingly understanding thru the call, and scheduled our inspection promptly for next Monday; even assuring me the ammo of the remediation estimate will be an effective step in pressing this property negligence out of my residence and family’s compromised immune systems. My only regret is that I didn’t take the gamble on google and reach out sooner.

I have not had my inspection yet and I’m hoping all goes well.

Gloria had amazing and excellent customer service. It was great being able to explain my circumstances with my potential mold. Then when Gloria explained to my how ADU can assist and provide service to fix or address this she did so very professionally and respectfully as well. I'd give her 10 stars if you'd let me :)

When I called to schedule with ADU it was extremely pleasant to speak with Gloria she was absolutely amazing, very kind and polite. Due to that alone I would use ADU again, it was just the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time.

We had a 5 star experience with this company. They made it easy starting with scheduling (Tracy) to technician's (Brian) expertise and customer friendliness. It was all top notch and we'd certainly use them again!
