Constraction reviews in Winter Park, Florida

Vanessa Morales and her crew are top tier! They were working on my neighbors’ and took the time to answer any and all questions I had, and even make some suggestions and offer services. They took care of my issue quickly and efficiently as well!
Highly professional team and recommend them after seeing the finished job!

We had a 5 star experience with this company. Fast response, great services. They did their job very quickly and professionally (Andrew and Jesus). Thank you very much Devante for all your assistance.

Called ADU and spoke with Keyana, her customer service was outstanding and was able to address my concerns and get me scheduled right away. We then met with Brian. Brian was friendly and walked us through every step of the inspection. He addressed our concerns, and his honest feedback was greatly appreciated. It’s hard to come across great customer service now a days and my experience starting with Keyana and then with Brian make me feel great with hiring this company in the future!

Tracy was courteous, answered all my questions and efficiently took the notes for my situation. I was needing an appt asap and she took the time to call and verified the inspectors schedule to get me in while I held for 2 minutes. Excellent customer service that you don’t get very much these days.

Great servicemen, I called and someone was here the same day. Thank you for all your help. Praying that I am abkw to get this repaired now by the builders.

We had such a great experience with ADU thanks to Aaron McCoy! He was so kind and patient with us, never made us feel rushed, and explained everything in a way that was super easy to understand. You can tell he really knows his stuff, but what stood out the most was how much he cared about making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. We left every conversation feeling confident and taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, Aaron is the one to go to!

It was a nice town

We are contracted through Skolfield Homes and I have to say, they have it all together! I can not recommend highly enough. They are so easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. We look forward to a continued relationship.

Superior Quality and Craftsmanship! Troy, Anthony and John are a top notch team of professional custom builders! Will always use them for any type service in my home! Thanks Skolfield

I spoke with John to get help with a kitchen install gone horribly wrong. He came out and walked through everything and helped put together a report for us to provide the installer for all the poor quality and misses and costs associated with finishing the job.
He followed up with me several times to make sure how I was doing and how the installer was following up afterwards.
Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

John, the electrician, arrived at the time I was told he would, listened to my problem, analyzed and investigated the issue, a serious potentially hazardous one, and repaired it. He was both professional and personable. I’ve used Skolfield Homes for other issues in the past. They don’t disappoint.

their vehicles should not park in residential areas and obstruct the passage of the entrance. summerly community in saint cloud. It is a lack of respect towards the inhabitants of this neighborhood.

I’ve used Skolfield Homes and their Electrical Division several times over the years. Anthony and Jason (electrical) have always exceeded my expectations. They pay attention to details and point out ideas to improve the functionality of my home. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work gentlemen!
