They arrived within 45 minutes of my call and went straight to work removing water, moving furniture and cleaning the site. They helped track down the source of the leak and were very informative of what the next steps would be. I wanted to take the time to discuss this company. I am in the building industry. I have high standards, especially when it comes to mold. I make for the worst client, always peering over shoulders and double checking with other contractors I know. I must say I have been very impressed, both with the Serve Pro Company and especially with Eduardo and his team. They came same day as the flood, within hours, and started cleaning up. They tracked and traced the mold that inevitably occurs after a massive flood and were able to remediate and clean everything. They worked cohesively with Insurance, making sure everyone was on the same page. I am incredibly happy with the results. Having a flood in your house is never fun, but Serve Pro and Eduardo made it as painless as possible. Truly, a wonderful company and I would recommend again and again. I walked in my door at 11:00p from a long vacation, to over 2 weeks of water from a broken hot water heater flooding my home underneath the wood floors. I called ServPro at 11:00p. They were at my home the next morning with a full- time crew for 2 whole days, and then back again for another 3. Thank you to Mariana, Rey, Yuka, Ernesto and Alias, who were there to get me through all aspects of the mess. The entire crew was so efficient and worked so well together...cleaning up, removing our flooring, baseboards, closets, packing our things, testing the moisture, setting the fans/dehumidifiers, cutting the drywall, moving our belongings, etc...The professionalism and compassion were so appreciated. Without even having to call, I was visited by Ryan, on Day 1 to talk about restoration and how they could help. I highly recommend ServPro for any mitigation needs.

Chris and his team went over and beyond for my family in the hardest times! My house was destroyed unexpectedly by water. We came home to a flooded house after a weekend away. Everything was destroyed, in tears I found SERVPRO and they were at my front door what seemed liked seconds. Ernesto, David and Kelvi are the A team. They came to my house after Hurricane Milton at 10:00 pm and did not leave until they uncovered water from the baseboards and laminate planks on our ground level. They were very professional and thorough. The setup the blowers and dehumidifiers and cleaned up after themselves. Great job guys!

Ryan Richardson same to our home after a pipe leak was repaired. He inspected the area, went into the crawl space, and determined there were no problems that needed to be addressed. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer every question. He was a great help to calm any worries we had about possible water damage. I highly recommend!

I can’t thank Rey and his team enough for all of their hard work. A special thanks to Kelvin, Julio, and Matt. They really took their time and went the extra mile to do an excellent job! Their crew removed wet drywall, installed fans, and managed to maintain an impressive level of cleanliness. After three weeks, it’s hard to believe we faced any water issues. I wouldn’t want to experience it again, but should it happen, I would definitely reach out to them.

Our home suffered roof damage from Hurricane Ian, and hidden roof leaks caused mold to spread throughout our house. It started making my family sick and we had to vacate. Stephen with Serv Pro was excellent to work with. He was informative, responsive, and addressed all of our concerns. Even when I texted him after business hours, Stephen always responded promptly. We were displaced for 4 months with 2 year old twins; Stephen and his crew worked extremely fast to get my family back home. During the remediation, Stephen texted me photos, end of the day walk through videos, and kept me apprised of any issues they ran into. This was very reassuring to get visual updates on the work being performed, as we were not allowed to enter the home during remediation. After remediation, we noticed a couple of minor things we were concerned about. Serv pro came back two additional times at no additional expense to ensure any suspected mold was out of our house. Specifically, Mark and Yuca were also amazing to work with. They took extra care to make sure our house was all cleaned up after the work was done. I would also note that we obtained two estimates from other companies before choosing Serv Pro. Both companies wrote us quotes charging just enough to be right under our $10k insurance policy mold coverage limit, which would have forced us to pay out of pocket for all the repair work. We did not initially understand the mold remediation and repair work were separate things to be billed for and scheduled. Stephen was informative and upfront about the insurance and mold remediation process, which we had no experience in. He promised he could complete our remediation with money left for repairs, and that’s what he did. Additionally, the scope of work detailed in Serv Pro’s estimate was more extensive and thorough than the other companies we consulted, who gave us higher estimates for less work. We had a great experience with Serv Pro and would highly recommend them to anyone needing mold remediation.

Elias, Matt, Magaly and Mariana, and the entire Servpro team were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had two different major plumbing leaks in the span of about a week that caused water damage in a bedroom and bathroom.
