Constraction reviews in Winter Park, Florida

3MG Roofing did a great job replacing our tile roof. The crews worked efficiently and cleaned up each day. Our sales rep, David Leli, made it a smooth process from start to finish. He let us know what was happening every step of the way.

William, the project manager, was great and very responsive. I had issues with State Farm Insurance and 3MG bent over backward to help. Professional crew for both roof and gutter installs. Cleanup like they were not here. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with Moises Rojas and his team! They came to remove our pool solar panels on our roof and did an excellent job. They arrived early, worked diligently, and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. During removal, any areas damaged by the pool solar were repaired. Upon completion of the job, they cleaned up the work site area thoroughly. We had also asked them to take before and after pictures of the work on the roof, which they did efficiently and shared with us right away. Thank you for an excellent job!

3MG Roofing recently put a roof on my house. Marcelo Caicedo sales person and Herminio Mass foreman for a five person crew did a great job. they kept me updated on each part of the install. The crew was very efficient and did an excellent job and if a problem arose Hermino was right there to solve the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.

A huge shoutout to Rocco, the sales rep, who went above and beyond—super knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the right solution. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with Rocco if you want top-tier service

3 m/g Roofing is top notch. The project manager, Charlie, helped me through the entire project, spoke with insurance, handled all of the paperwork. My roof looks amazing. No more leaks. He got the folks inside to repair ceiling damage and repaint my entire ceiling. Charlie was very professional and polite at all times. Followed through on everything he said he would do. I could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Thank you 3 m/g for a job well done.

Having worked in the insurance industry for years, I’ve seen firsthand how poorly some homeowners get treated during claims. Shoddy work, contractors who disappear, endless delays, and people left with even more damage than they started with are far too common. So when my own roof was damaged and my insurance company sent me a list of referred contractors, I approached the decision very carefully.

I researched every company on the list. Almost all of them had at least some negative reviews or complaints. I understand that no company achieves 100% customer satisfaction in this business. After comparing reviews, response times, experience with complicated claims, and more, 3MG Roofing clearly stood out as the best option for my situation.

There was one catch: I live in St Augustine, and 3MG is based in Orlando, about a two-hour drive away. I was hesitant about choosing an out-of-town company.

That hesitation vanished after I spoke with Rob King, the project manager. He listened patiently to every concern I raised and gave clear, realistic answers for each potential issue I was worried about. He never brushed anything aside or gave generic promises. He truly thought through my specific situation.

The roof damage ended up being more complicated than expected, and the repair process took longer than a simple job. Then a winter storm was forecast right before work was scheduled to start. Without me even asking, Rob drove from Orlando to St Augustine himself to personally make sure the roof was properly tarped and secured so no additional water damage could occur. That kind of initiative is rare.

Throughout the entire project, communication was outstanding. I had to call him after hours many times, often late in the evening, and he always answered or called right back. Even while on vacation, he still made time to respond and keep me updated. He proactively informed me about crew schedules, upcoming steps, and any changes well in advance, so I was never left wondering.

The crews that worked on my roof were very professional. They worked efficiently, did excellent repairs, and cleaned up thoroughly every single day. Field manager Ray Carr was especially detail-oriented. He personally walked the roof and job site before leaving to make sure nothing was missed.
In roofing, and really any construction project, unexpected issues always arise. The difference comes down to who handles them. Having Rob King and the 3MG team on my side made all the difference. They turned what could have been a stressful, drawn-out nightmare into a smooth, well-managed experience.

I recommend 3MG Roofing without any hesitation, especially if you want honest communication, real accountability, and people who genuinely care about doing the job right.

Thank you, Rob, Ray, and the entire 3MG team. I posted photos on instagram @Jermmanyy

5-Stars to Bryan Keys, AKA Big Man On The Roof with 3MG Roofing

We faced significant challenges when Hurricane Milton hit us in October 2024. The hurricane left us with extensive damage, and the insurance process was much more frustrating than it should have been. It was a stressful time that took a toll on my health. We were stuck with a tarp on our roof for nearly 7 months, and we could not tackle the interior damage until the roof was sorted out.

Then Bryan stepped in, and everything changed for the better! His expertise was exactly what we needed to get the ball rolling, and we finally started making real progress with the insurance company. We also upgraded to the fantastic GAF solar shingles and couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

If you need a roof inspection or consider an upgrade, don’t hesitate to contact Bryan, the Big Man On The Roof, at 3MG Roofing. He will take exceptional care of you, just as he did for us!

Big thank you to 3MG Roofing for providing such exceptional service with my roof replacement. David Leli in particular is amazing. He really takes the time and concern to communicate every step. He took the time to provide detailed explanations that was easy for me to understand. He was such an asset to the completion of this work. From the initial phone call, he made me feel assured that everything will be ok and long story short, it is now. I would recommend him and 3MG to anyone! Great company!!!!

Rocco is the kind of professional that instantly separates himself from the rest. From the very first interaction, he was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely had our best interests in mind. He took the time to explain the entire roofing and insurance process in plain English, answered every question without pressure, and followed through on everything he said he would do.

What really stood out was Rocco’s communication and work ethic. He stayed in constant contact, kept us updated at every stage, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and in representing 3MG Roofing the right way.

The inspection was thorough, the process was smooth, and the final result exceeded expectations. No surprises, no runaround, just professionalism, integrity, and results.

In an industry where trust matters, Rocco earns it effortlessly. I would recommend him without hesitation to friends, family, or anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

Five stars isn’t enough.

I would highly recommend 3MG for anything roof related. Aaron, Jamal, and the roofing crew were such a great team. Thanks, guys for all your help.
