I'm beyond thrilled with my bathroom remodel! This company did an incredible job transforming my outdated space into a modern oasis. Their expertise and attention to detail are top-notch.

We had a great experience! We were guided through the available options and designs for our kitchen remodel with amazing support. The install team was talented, professional, and courteous throughout the entire project.

I signed an agreement with Mint Builders on 8/26/24 for a kitchen remodel. I paid a deposit of $9,904.80 on 9/13/24. My design plan was approved during a virtual meeting on 9/27/24 and a rendering of the design was provided on 10/2/24. Over the months, I received multiple versions of the rendering; however, none of them ever included all of the details discussed and approved. No permits were ever requested for my project and no work was ever initiated. I finally received a copy of an order requisition for the cabinetry on 12/24/24, which did not contain the correct cabinets for my project. I got a second order requisition on 12/30/24, which also failed to list the correct cabinets. On 1/3/25, I had five telephone calls where I spoke with the office staff once and the project manager and owner twice to ensure that the correct cabinetry would be ordered for my project before the vendor’s discount expired. I was told I would have to pay an additional $4,000.00 for that to occur. I felt I was being extorted, but I agreed to pay the additional amount if the contract was amended to reflect the changes. Mint Builders refused to provide an amended contract incorporating the changes, and no materials were ever purchased. I requested a refund of my deposit on 1/6/25 due to Mint Builder’s breach of contract. On 1/24/25, I received an electronic document indicating that I could be refunded $4,180.77 if I signed a statement acknowledging that my deposit was non-refundable and affirming that the contract cancellation was amicable and entered into willingly and without coercion. I did not sign the statement since it was completely false. I feel obligated to warn others about their shady business practices. I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation since the contractor’s conduct violates FL Statute Section 489.126. I am now engaging an attorney to help me get my money back from this company. Please do your research before hiring (or merely donating to) this company.

I recently had Mint Builders handle a home addition, and they absolutely crushed it. From the start, they were organized and on top of things, making sure the project stayed on track. The team was friendly, showed up when they said they would, and kept everything tidy throughout. What really impressed me was how smoothly everything went—no surprises, just solid work. The addition came out even better than I had pictured, with great attention to detail. If you need a crew that delivers quality and sticks to their word, Mint Builders is the way to go.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Mint Builders for a remodel, and I have to say—they were great. From the beginning, they were professional and easy to speak with. The crew was always on time, kept everything neat, and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. They really paid attention to the little details, and it showed in the final result. The place turned out even better than I imagined. If you're looking for a remodeling team that delivers quality work and great communication, Mint Builders is the way to go.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Mint Builders. Not only did they honor their quoted prices, but they also exceeded my expectations in every way. From the beginning, their team demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism, integrity, and a true commitment to working as a cohesive unit. Their communication was prompt, transparent, and collaborative, making the entire process seamless. Throughout the project, they went above and beyond, showcasing their exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. Mint Builders truly operates as a team, ensuring that every aspect of the project was handled with care and precision. I am incredibly impressed with their dedication to delivering outstanding results. I highly recommend Orlando Construction Company by Mint Builders to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled contractor who consistently goes the extra mile! Great company!

Mint Builders took care of some major repairs on my property after storm damage. They worked quickly and with real attention to detail. It feels like my home is brand new again.

We hired Mint Builders for a full home remodel—kitchen, bathrooms, floors, stairs, the whole deal—and they absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, the team was professional, easy to work with, and seriously talented.

The kitchen turned out better than we imagined, the bathrooms feel like a spa, and the attention to detail on the floors and stairs is top-notch. They kept everything on track, were upfront about costs, and actually listened to what we wanted (which, let’s be real, isn’t always the case with contractors).

If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled team to transform your home, Mint Builders is the way to go. 10/10 would hire again!

We purchased a “fixer upper “ in January of 2023. We hired ResCom in April of 2023. We live in Ohio which made it a challenge to be more actively involved (on-site) with the day to day project work. Our intention was to renovate this home for our winter escape in retirement! The home was officially completed in June 2025 (final payment)….well over 2 years of time for a 1,440 square ft block home. Communication was a huge challenge with the contractor (Paul). The distance from our primary home in Ohio we felt made us a low priority in getting the job done timely. The work done was satisfactory …… and yesterday (3/24/26) our last repair of a defective installed window was completed. ‘Thank you’ to Dorothy for helping us finalize the small list of final repairs. We would also like to recognize Desi and Luigi as two very professional and conscientious team members!
Moral of the story… if you are not able to be local or in-person involved with a complicated renovation… ResCom may not be a good pick!
Sometimes it is the little things… for example, we had picked out pendant lights for over the kitchen island. We purchased the perfect accent lites for the kitchen only to arrive for a visit and find that they were never installed. The lights were immediately delivered by our daughter to the property and explained to the on-site person in charge but the electrician was never made aware of the plan. Canned light was installed instead. Also, we had specifically asked to keep the fireplace mantle for “nostalgia” to preserve the one and only piece from the original home…. The work team discarded it…. They were never informed to keep it.
We are now enjoying our winter retreat… in a nutshell, it came down to communication… we even experienced many scheduled calls and in person appointments that were no call/no show! Those frequent occurrences left us confused, frustrated and helpless and despite voicing our concerns they became almost routine for Paul.
Debbie and Russ

very professional and detailed, friendly and responsible with all the work.

We used them for our bakery buildout. Everyone we worked with was kind and communicative. Tell them I sent you! :)

Paul & Amanda and their crew have worked tirelessly on my project. Their guys show up on time and stay until the job is done. Their design group has amazing attention to detail and they always put the customer first. I’d give them 10/10 if it was an option.

After a recent storm, we found that our roof need repair, Old Mill Construction came out quickly to access the situation and was able to repair it's quickly and efficiently and helped us avoid a total repair. His prices were excellent and service was extraordinary. He was quick to get everything done and exceeded our expectations. They also do construction and remodeling so we will be calling them for a quote for that soon as well! Really honest and stand-up company, so easy to work with.
