The gentleman JC came to give me a quote. I had to ask a friend to contact him to better understand the scope of the job. As a single mother, I don’t have much knowledge about roofing, so I ask a lot of questions to make sure I’m making the right decision.
I received quotes from three companies, and this one was the most expensive. I chose them because JC explained the job very well and was responsive, even answering my friend’s calls ,
However, it hasn’t rained yet, so I can’t fully confirm if the work is effective. Also, the color used does not match what was discussed. Even if you don’t go up on the roof, details like color matching matter, and didn't receive the next steps or precautions about . I’m not fully satisfied,
