We needed a pet stain cleaned on our carpets just a day before we had company coming to stay with us. We called InstaDRY and "Donny" came out, did 3 of our rooms, and it was dry when he left. We have a dog, cat and 2 year old and this is great because we didn't have to worry about the kids or animals walking around on wet carpet. We would use them again.

Great quality and amazing service! We've had Marc out to take care of our puppy problems a number of times and he's extremely friendly and very effective! Spot cleaning and overall carpet cleaning has been awesome! My favorite part is that they use a DRY cleaning product which you can walk on by the time they're finished.. and it smells great too!! I can call them up before family/company comes in town and they'll be here next day. I will only use InstaDRY while I live in Orlando. Thanks again for the help Marc!

I have used Insta Dry several times and each time has been an excellent experience. My carpet is older and has some wear and tear however after they work their magic I am amazed at how great the carpet looks again. I also love that you can walk on it right after the cleaning because its not wet! Over the past few years of using Insta Dry I have also had the same technician Andrew each time, I like that!

My son gifted me with a whole-house carpet clean from InStaDry Carpet and Tile Cleaning. An owner and a cleaner named Andrew came and did such an amazing job. They were thorough, professional, informational, and I'm sure they were able to remove dirt that had been there for years, even though I tried to do an annual clean with a rental unit. I highly recommend this company to you!

Don was great! I thought my rug just needed a clean, but when he saw it, he was straight out honest saying that the cleaning wouldn't be worth it. My rug is one of the "fancy" ones, but not practical at all. Thank you so much for the honesty and advice. I'm looking forward on cleaning the tiles with you guys!

It was very easy to schedule a carpet cleaning service for our office. I was pleasantly surprised when Andrew showed up early! He walked around the entire office with me discussing "trouble" areas and how they could be fixed. Then he got to work. The carpets were very clean and DRY once he was done (the whole process took about 1 1/2 hours). I would highly recommend InstaDRY!

InstaDRY did a great job. Our tech, Andrew was polite, courteous, fast, and right on time. With two young kids and pet stains, our carpets were a challenge to keep clean so we decided to give InstaDRY a try. The idea of safe cleaning with a dry and fast result is what made us decide to go with them. We were not disappointed. The results were much better then we have ever gotten with the rental or off the shelf shampoo machines. Our tech was nice to explain the process and answer all of our questions. Had my tiles steamed and sealed over four months ago with Evolution Deep Clean and still look amazing! I wish I would have done it sooner. Having them sealed, makes cleaning so much easier! They are very professional and the job was done perfect! If and when I need it done again, I will definitely call them!

InstaDry was very professional with great services. They quote the priced over the phone they honored when they got to my house. Their product is great and leaves you happy and not worrying about your little ones, even if they are 4 legged and fury. The house I moved into had dingy carpet from the lack of care from the previous owner. They were able to get most of the stains out and I didn’t feel gross by lying on the carpet when they were done. One of the best parts: the carpets were instantly dry by the time they left!

These guys are amazing and very reasonable prices!! I've been in Real Estate and property management for 20 years & I have to say they do a better job than all of the other companies I've used over the years. It's not your traditional steam cleaning process and I was very impressed with the high powered equipment as well as the attention to detail. I also own a mattress store and had really bad traffic stains which I believe was mostly from the blacktop parking lot. I was planning on replacing the carpet which would have been a huge expense as well as an inconvenience. They were confident the carpet could be cleaned so I gave them the opportunity to prove themselves. They were very accommodating and came in after hours. I could not believe the results and they saved me from having to replace the carpet. If you truly want clean carpet then Evolution Deep Clean is the way to go!
