I have used their service since we have been in FL. For almost 6 years, very friendly and professional, quick to come clean your carpet. They did a great job both times we used them. We will definitely be calling and using them soon.

They did an amazing job. With 2 dogs bringing in pollen and dirt everyday and a one year old who flings food on the floor, they quickly and efficiently got all stains out of all our carpets. They even did detail work in all the crevices they could get to. The house feels cleaner and carpets look wonderful. Very professional and easy to work with. Accommodating with schedule changes etc. Highly recommend!

Professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and competitively priced. I had the carpets, tile, and wood flooring done at our home and Don did an excellent job in an efficient amount of time. My floors are nicely, deep cleaned (that feels satisfying). He put a screen up to ensure our dog did not get out, provided a microfiber mop after doing the wood flooring. Will not need to through that process of getting estimates next time I need the floors done; I have a go to company. Thank you!

Having two special needs dogs, I could not use traditional carpet cleaning methods on my floors as the dry time took too long. I searched for an alternative and found InstaDry! I'm so happy that I did. My appointment was scheduled quickly and I was immediately sent an email and text message with information regarding my appointment. As the appointment date approached, I received reminder notifications, which was great! The morning of my appointment, I received a text alert that my technician was en route. He showed up within minutes. Don was professional, friendly, courteous and informative. I was intrigued with the methodology of the cleaning and he explained the process to me as I watched him work. When the job was completed, he electronically sent me my paid receipt before he even left my home. This experience was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anybody in the market for carpet cleaning, especially with a need for a fast dry time. From my initial phone call to job completion, I was treated courteously and professionally. I received a reasonable and accurate phone quote for their services, the work was scheduled for the day I requested and the cleaning crew arrived on time. Due to Hurricane Irma, our house had sustained water damage and required extensive mold remediation and reconstruction (which left layers of drywall dust). Don and his assistant did an excellent job of deep cleaning our carpet and upholstered furniture. Per my request, he also emailed me a detailed invoice and “paid in full” notation before he left, to facilitate my insurance claim. I will definitely use their services again.

Don was amazing! I have used him not only at my home but also at my work location. He is very professional and very reasonable! The one thing I loved the most was the dry time was amazing! My carpets have not been cleaned for a year.... and with 6 young ones under the age of 10... you could only imagine! They look brand new! I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!
