I have had this cleaning service since 2013. I found them through Angie's list and choose them because they are bonded , licensed and insured and because they had won the service award on Angie's list .
When I first met with the owner , Jenny , I told her that I had had previous issues with other cleaning companies - theft , breakage of irreplaceable items and leaving my home unlocked . She assured me this would not happen with her company and that if her staff broke something , she would replace it . Initially , I had issues with the girls leaving my house open , with substandard cleans and have had continued issues with the girls breaking items in my home . I kept the service because I liked the new team leader and I just dealt with the issues of breakage . I asked them not to open any door other than the garage and front door so they wouldn't keep leaving my French doors unlocked . I never asked for any of the items to be replaced . I also never asked for a price reduction because largely 1/2 of my house is unoccopied ( empty nesters ) and largely remains clean . . Recently , in June, her staff broke a Moen shower head in my son's bathroom . This occurred on the eve of my son 's engagement party when I was having guests out of town . My husband didn't complain and replaced the shower head even after a long day of work ($90) . We did not make a big deal about it and didn't ask her to pay for it .
Today , while I was at work , I received a phone call from the cleaning shift supervisor . She ( Stacy ) told me that while one of the employees wascleaning my daughter's bathroom ( that had only cleaned my home like 3 times ( savannah )..... she was unable to shut the water off . . I left work to come home to find water pouring out of my faucet . I called the owner Jenny to inform her of the situation and to ask her to call a plumber to fix the faucet . Jen argued with me on the phone and said that I could not prove that her girls were responsible for the broken faucet . She went onto say that she would have to file an insurance claim and that the insurance would say that there was a problem with our pipes or my plumbing prior to her girls cleaning and that the broken faucet was not their fault . Seriously ? The faucet was not running or broken prior the their cleaning !!!!! I was at work - so who broke the faucet ? The people cleaning it because the faucet was r running or broken before I left for work . The house was built in 2010 and we have all high end fixtures and new plumbing . Jen then went onto say that she would no longer clean our home and to find a new cleaning company ! She refused to take responsibility for something her staff did even though she is insured . I told her I would be posting a negative review and she encouraged me to do so . I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and Angie's list . Buyer beware - in my opinion this business owner is unaccountable for issues that they created and are not customer service oriented to work through / resolve issues

I highly recommend Cleaning by Jenny. We have been using their services for 12 years !!! They do an excellent job, punctual, and provide a great service.

I organize/work with an elderly couple that needed a cleaning service. Cleaning by Jenny, LLC. was recommended to me and today Manua and Tina, from the service, came out to the house to clean. I was very impressed with the ladies that came over and the job that they did. This was not an easy job due to several different circumstances but Manua and Tina were very attentive to the situation and the needs of the elderly couple. Manau and Tina were very professional, didn’t waste time and the house is much cleaner than it has been in a long time! Thank you for a job well done! We all appreciate it.

This company was incredible. They cleaned my Dad’s home over the last few years of his life. He was in his 90’s and an amputee which could require a bit of working around. They were all so kind, thoughtful and thorough. They even have treats for 4 legged family members which the family pup nosed out. Definitely recommend

Cleaning By Jenny is THE best housecleaning company in Orlando all of my experiences have been terrific! I have a clean non-cluttered home, but there is nothing like coming home from work and seeing your house look and smell so great!

I have been using the services of Cleaning by Jenny for 11 years. From. 5000 sq ft single family home to a 3000 sq ft townhouse. Usually two or three gals come every three weeks. We’ve had very consistent teams clean. Our home is always clean and sparkling. The teams used are polite and friendly. In 11 years we only had one issue with an unintentional damage to a small area on our wood floor. Jenny stepped up without hesitation and got it fixed. It’s easy when things always go right, but I think Jenny really cares and took care of something that didn’t go quite as intended. That speaks volumes. Highly recommend.

I am impressed! Jenny was a pleasure to work with, she answered my questions and scheduled the visit. The team that came out to my house was amazing, they took pride in their work and were kind people that you are immediately comfortable having in your home. They made a point of confirming that I was happy with the job they did before they left. I have already scheduled my next cleaning.

Dec Update: I have now used this company 3 times and would recommend! I appreciate their attention to detail and making sure I am happy with their work.

May 2025: I am still having Stacey’s team clean for me, she is the best!! Highly recommend!!
