Monika always does an amazing job with my apartment. She is timely, friendly, and seems to get even the things I wouldn't have thought of. Every other person that's come in here from Army of Maids has also been fantastic. I appreciate how friendly and efficient they all are!

I needed help last week, and until you start calling around, you don't realize that you usually have to schedule housekeeping help at least a week out. But I needed help within days. Army of Maids had a cancellation for last Friday and so I was able to get this last minute appointment.

Kim spoke to me on the phone to discuss what I needed done and she then discussed it with the maids. I didn't need to even tell them what to do when they showed up on Friday morning if I didn't want to, but I did, and btw, they texted me before they came, and when I didn't respond, they called me, to make sure that I was prepared for them when they got here . Luana and Marco were the cleaners sent to me that morning and they were awesome. They were efficient and friendly and made sure to verify what I needed done that morning. At one point, my time was up, but they were mid-task and gave me the option of having them stop where they were or continuing for another 20 minutes, which I did. The house looked amazing! I mainly needed windows cleaned (I have a lot), dusting, and floors. I definitely recommend Army of Maids and Luana and Marco! They were a great team. In only 2 hours, my house looked a hundred times better <3

I am very pleased with the service from Army of Maids. They came in to clean a rental house I own after my tenants moved out and left the house a total disaster. When Chey & Mary were done cleaning my house was immaculately clean and sparkled from top to bottom. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. They left me a nice thank you note after they finished the job that you can plant in your garden and water that will grow flowers. I thought that was really cool. The best cleaning service I've ever used definitely a 5 ★★★★★ company.

Army of Maids did a wonderful job getting my house clean! Krystle and her teammate were very nice and sent me a text to let me know they were on their way. I was very happy with fresh look and feel of my home after they were finished. I would definitely consider bringing them back!

We had Sara and Cristal come to our home and they were AMAZING! My boyfriend couldn’t get over the little touches they added like changing sheets! The house has never looked or felt this good and fresh. So happy with your fast and responsive replies and your awesome staff. Money we gladly spend!

They did a fantastic job cleaning our rental during our move-out. Very thorough and great attention to detail. The maid (Luana) even asked if they missed anything before leaving and double-checked that we were happy with our service. Absolutely LOVE Team Alice and Brenda! I'm extremely picky about who cleans my house, I've had many years cleaning my home and have used other maids(private and services). Like usual they start out strong and on top of their game. I know the time it takes.They didn't last because of laziness, attitude or they thought I wouldn't notice. 😲 When I pay for services and then I'm cleaning when you leave...that's a huge problem with me. I finally have found the team, Alice and Brenda. I'm very straight forward, don't like to go over my expectations or what to do. I hope and look forward with this business relationship with Alice and Brenda!

Monika and Cristal were amazing! Took care of my move out cleaning, and I couldn’t be more happy with their hard work! First time hiring cleaners, so I was a bit apprehensive about spending the money. But my appointment was this morning and it was worth every penny. So much so that my wife and I are considering a recurring cleaning. 10/10 would recommend.

I planned for them to be here all day and they left in about 3 hours. They were one of the most expensive cleaners I contacted, but they did a very poor job.

I purchased a home in December and hired army of maids to do a move in clean. The best thing I can say about this service is they show up on time. They did not clean the bathrooms very well. The toilets and shower were still dirty when they left. They did not clean the oven despite me specifically asking them to. They did not clean the microwave, and left crud on and under it. They did not wipe the insides of the cabinet, or get cooking oil build up off the outside of the cabinets.

From scheduling to day of service, everyone I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. I'm 9 months pregnant and needed help getting my house into shape before the holidays. I had two ladies come out for 2 hours and wasn't sure how much could get done in that amount of time. They cleaned the whole house from top to bottom and even had time to fold 10+ tablecloths that I had lying around from my baby shower! They really went above and beyond and I'm so grateful!

We had an excellent experience with Army of Maids from the online booking, rescheduling, and cleaning service. Cristal and Summer showed up on time and really paid attention to the details. It has been so hard to keep up with 2 kids and a dog while both of us work full time. Army of Maids made it so easy and I felt comfortable with them in our home. We will definitely be utilizing their services again.

We had our first cleaning with Army of Maids yesterday and our house has never been cleaner. My husband was so impressed, he immediately wanted to change to a weekly cleaning plan. Cristal and Jinny were polite, professional, and super efficient. Looking forward to having them back!

Fabulous job! Monika & Marco deep-cleaned our home and it looks like new. We were extremely happy with their attention to detail. The team was very polite and prompt, calling ahead before they reached the home. They also were very careful to ask questions about how to handle our dog. I had heard about Army of Maids from a coworker and they did not disappoint! They were super professional with the scheduling and made an effort to fit my schedule. The cleaning itself was great! I walked into the house and you know when someone did a good job because it just smells clean! I've had other companies that do an ok job but one or two things aren't great, like the floor is slick from the cleaning, but this time the floor was just clean, no slipperiness.
I also paid extra for a move out clean, and that was super helpful. We needed to do extra cleaning to get our deposit back, like clean the baseboards, which is an extremely tedious task, but they included that in the move out clean and they looked great! They cleaned the fridge (which was empty) and stove as well. The cleaned all the bathroom and kitchen surfaces really well, and even cleaned inside the cabinets. It saved me a ton of time while moving and I didn't have to worry or stress about going back over anything they did.
The website is also really easy to use and I like that you can track your bookings and history. And I read on the website that they donate a lot of the profits back to the Second Harvest food bank, which is super cool! I will definitely be using this service again!

We have been using Army of Maids for nearly a year now and they have always been professional, on time, and did a good job. This last visit, Ashley and Kaylee did an amazing job, going above and beyond the normal cleaning. We felt very supported and pleased. Keep up the good work ladies.

Very happy with our service from Army of Maids. Krystal had been to our place before. She’s friendly, thorough and meticulous. Brenda did an excellent job also. They made sure we did a walkthrough of the house before they left to make sure we were happy. We were having a dinner party that evening and it was so nice knowing we wouldn’t have to worry about the cleanliness of the house. We’ll definitely be using Army of Maids again!
