Cristal and Hanna did a great job at cleaning our apartment after we moved in. They arrived on time, brought all their own supplies, and walked me through everything they would be doing. They even worked around my husband and I (and our 2 yippy Chihuahuas) working from home while they did their magic. They were polite and friendly and gave me an awesome "battle report" itemizing everything they did during their session. Loved it! I will be keeping them on to do regular cleaning bi-weekly since they did such a great job.

Hired them for a move in clean, I’m sure they would be great for a regular light cleaning but was pretty disappointed with my move in clean. I called the company and talked with them on the phone about the team cleaning the grout throughout my house and when the maids arrived they told me they were not able to clean grout. I talked them through the other items (cleaning kitchen, wiping walls baseboards fans in bedrooms, cleaning bathrooms etc.) and in the initial walkthrough the said it would be no problem but around the last hour they’d only cleaned the kitchen and bedrooms. They stayed about 30 mins longer than anticipated (and I was charged for it) and they did not complete one of the bathrooms, the living room or dining room or any of the grout. I was disappointed but still happy to have had the help cleaning, upon further inspection there was still visible grime in the kitchen as well. Overall I would say they would probably be great for regular light cleaning but definitely not sufficient for a move in deep clean as what I was quoted in the time and with the square footage I provided was nowhere near completed. I will say the cleaners were super nice and professional though.

Ashley and Nicole did a great job. We’d like to have them return on a regular basis. Our house is clean and smells lovely.

We used army of maids to do the move out clean when we sold our first house. I was a little worried about the state we were leaving the house in but they made it great. I was able to tell them what needed to be prioritized and they focused on that. They even found my kindle in the house and put it in a safe spot for me. Will use again!

We've been an Army of Maids customer for nearly a decade, and their cleaning services are top notch. They always do such a tremendous job, and we highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a cleaning service, I would discourage you from using Army of Maids for several reasons.

1. They are very expensive for what you get.

2. They were very inconsistent with scheduling and showing up on time. We had a set schedule with them but many times at the last minute they would let us know they weren't available that day or would need to arrive at a significantly different time.

3. We were supposed to have two cleaning people to do a deep clean each time. There were several times only one person showed up and they progressively stayed for less time. The last time they were at our house for just under an hour.

4. The actual cleaning that was done was not good. I am not being hyper critical. The carpets, counters, and surfaces were still visibly dirty after they supposedly cleaned.

5. When we would provide feedback, it was clear that the person we spoke to could care less.

Property owners looking to use this company for "move-in/move-out cleaning" should be cautious. Take a look at other reviews regarding this service. They only clean for three hours, and if you ask them to focus on something like the fridge, they may not properly clean other areas. In my experience, they left my kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom surfaces covered in dust, grease, and dirt. When they finished, they didn’t check in with me, the homeowner, to make sure the job met my expectations. Instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed my concerns with a careless response. This is an hourly cleaning service, not a true move-in/move-out cleaning. I regret not taking more photos to show how poorly they cleaned, as I had to spend the night finishing the job for my tenant. BEWARE.

I've been using army of maids since 2023 and it's definitely been worth it. The cleaners are very professional and don't miss a spot. They are also great with my dog!

As someone who's extremely particular about cleanliness and organization, I was thoroughly impressed by Army of Maids' cleaning service. Their attention to detail was exceptional, leaving everything spotless. The team was professional and efficient and they went above and beyond my expectations, tackling areas I usually find lacking with other cleaning services. I highly recommend Army of Maids. They've set a new standard for what a truly clean home should look like :)

I have used army of maids for years I’m talking like at least 7 years. I had recently been working out of the state. Called to schedule my cleaning and was told that I needed a deep clean for an extra $50 more than my regular cleaning. I asked why… they told me I was longer than my 3 month window to which that was untrue. Was it close to 3 months sure but not longer… Once I caved I asked what exactly does my initial deep clean entail that’s different than the future cleaning? I was told the “build up of dust and soil from the last time.” So essentially they do nothing different. I even explained that the house was vacant the entire time I was gone. So I asked during the initial deep cleaning they could do extra things like ceiling fans tops of chandeliers etc etc to which the response I got was.. “the owners feel we no longer need to do business with you.”

I think they ended the business relationship because they got caught. They know they do nothing different in the initial “deep clean” than they do in the regular one. They got caught in their scam. Not to mention the way they treated loyal customers is appalling. Find someone else to use

I did accept the initial deep cleaning fee but was curious as to why I was paying more and what more you would be doing for the initial cleaning fee for a house that has sat empty… the answer you gave me was nothing is different then a normal cleaning… y’all try to scam people this isn’t honest business! And said owners can pick up the phone and call a long standing client but clearly they don’t value their clients. The owners and the management at army of maids is trash!

I’ve been using Army of Maids for about 8 years and they are the best. They are reliable and my house is always spotless. They take care of everything so I don’t have to lift a finger around the house. Even my Mom always comments that my house is spotless when she comes over. I highly recommend them.

I recently hired Army of Maids to clean our small apartment in Winter Garden, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s just the two of us, so we don’t need a huge service — but they treated our place with such care and professionalism.

We found them through a friend’s recommendation, and now I totally understand why they’re so highly rated. The apartment looked spotless, and they paid attention to all the little details that really make a difference — especially in a newer home.

Army of maids has an amazing team! Cristal and Alex are outstanding — they work so well together and leave everything looking impeccable. They’re always punctual, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure every corner is clean.

Crystal and Ashley of the service Army of Maids were fantastic. They showed up in the window of time. Had no problem coming to my door and did an incredible job. I had several things I wanted done and they did so much more including vacuuming the floor mat at my door. I reached out to Army of Maids to get my house deep cleaned to get the house ready for a new baby. It was easy to set up and schedule. They were very polite, pleasant, and professional. Cristal and Ashley arrived on time and worked relentlessly. They asked for any areas to focus on and did an amazing job! The wife is very happy, so I am, too!

We’ve been using this cleaning company at our barbershop, and they’ve been absolutely amazing. With 9 barbers working here, the shop gets busy and messy. But every time they come in, they leave the place completely spotless.

Not only is everything clean, but the shop smells fresh and feels comfortable and enjoyable for both us and our clients. You can tell they go above and beyond every single time.
