I have been using MaidPro since I arrived in Orlando about 6 months ago. I can honesty say that their service, flexibility and the level of detail with which their cleanliness is expected is fantastic. I have the comfort of knowing that I get the same professional every week, Marlene, and she does a fantastic job. I am very happy with my choice, and I would strongly recommend Marlene and MaidPro if you are in need of home cleaning.

I own a dog daycare/boarding business, so we are not your "typical" office to clean- we have dust, dander and fur literally EVERYWHERE! MaidPro has done a great job with our special needs and they are friendly, consistent, and great to work with. Will keep using them for sure!

I have had three cleanings done so far by MaidPro and all three have been great! I have to say the last one was the best of the three. Joyce was warm and friendly and took her time and fully utilized the block of time. She listened to my concerns and preferences. Looking forward to our next cleaning!!! Final update: not a single word back from the company. DO NOT USE THEM.

Update: called the office a week ago, since they are claiming to not have record of providing service for me according to the owners response below. The owner responded to this review within one day but has failed to respond to my concerns for a week after calling at their request to discuss corners further. When I called today to follow up (two weeks since cleaning and one week since following up), they told me the owner will get back to me eventually and there is no resolution.

I repeat - DO NOT use them. They don’t stand by their word and don’t care if you are unsatisfied.

BEWARE!!!!! I do not recommend this company at all. Look at their yelp reviews before booking, I wish I had.

I recently hired them for a move-in cleaning service for my new house and the service provided not only was incredibly subpar, it was also incredibly overpriced. For a "move in ready" clean; my house was dusted and dry mopped. That is literally it.

Many things I was told in the consultation were not completed, the kitchen was barely touched, they don't "scrub" the bathroom, only wipe things down - which defeats the purpose of a move in ready home. Worst of all - they claimed they stood by their service and not only have their failed to return my calls and e-mails, they've just flat out ignored my concerns. They lack integrity.

This is not a commentary on the cleaners, who themselves were lovely people - but they were bound by the company in terms of service they could provide and were even told by their supervisor to not complete certain tasks when they followed up (on speaker phone). They even said the move in service is over priced and not worth it.
So -don't waste your time or your money here. This is a not a service I'd recommend to anyone. If they'd honor their guarantee, which is clearly a scam, I might change my mind but at this point I'd say I implore all others to go elsewhere cause this is a waste of time, money, and energy trying to fix.

I would recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for a cleaning service. I've had them coming once a month for several months now, and they've always done a great job. However, my most recent cleaning was done by Cheryl, and she did an astounding job! I will now be using her as my regular cleaner and highly recommend her to anyone wanting to try MaidPro.

Our house cleaner, Michelle from MaidPro, is amazing! She is polite, friendly, careful and thorough. We have a houseful of delicate and irreplaceable collectables that she cleans with the upmost care and respect. We have had many different cleaners over the years but we have no hesitation in saying that she is the best we’ve ever had. Thank you Michelle!

Fantasia and Lauren always do an amazing job, arrive on time, and leave the house very nice. Always attentive to our needs and great to work with! Highly recommend them and MaidPro.

Kathryn, the Owner/Operator, went above and beyond to organize the thorough cleaning of our new home. She contacted and coordinated with other vendors to steam clean the carpets and tile as well as professionally clean the windows. She answered all of my questions in an incredibly prompt and friendly manner and made the process of cleaning the home MUCH easier on me than I had any right to expect.

The team of MaidPro cleaners dispatched to my home were friendly, diligent and hard workers. They showed up on time and thoroughly addressed all of the items I'd previously discussed with Kathryn. Prior to leaving they made sure I was happy with the results.

If you are lucky enough to have Lauren and/or Chenoa clean your home, you won't be disappointed. Lauren did a tremendous job keeping their team organized and communicating with me throughout the process. Chenoa is meticulous - everything she touched was cleaned perfectly. It was obvious they wanted to do a great job and they did. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Loren Russell cleaned for me today and she did a grand job. She was friendly, professional and fast working. This is my first experience with MaidPro and I am pleased. I hope to see Loren back and would be happy if she cleaned for me always.

Erin is my Maid Pro that has been consistent cleaning my apartment for the last year. She is fantastic! She is reliable and consistent and does a wonderful job with cleaning. Overall, I'm really happy with the service.

They clean our home every other week. They send the same person to clean our home. We have gotten to know her. She is like family. She was unavailable to come last week because she was on vacation. Maid Pro didn’t skip a beat. They sent someone else in her place. The cleaning was immaculate!! Highly recommend!

We’ve just started using Maidpro on a weekly basis. Our pro, Scarlett is OUTSTANDING! She does an incredible job cleaning, not just on the areas most visible, but everywhere you don’t necessarily see, but get dirty nonetheless. On top of doing such a great job, she is so friendly and caring in taking care of cleaning our home!

I booked at the last minute and they accommodated my request. The service was great. The customer service, needs some help. The maid who worked on my place was wonderful, but the lady I spoke with to book was unnecessarily rude. Based on other interactions, I believe her name was Jolene. I thought the maid did a great job. I would have liked for her to dust the vents and certain areas of the place that spider webs and dust had built up but I was not present to provide instructions. Other than that she did great. The price is very high. If they weren't so expensive I would definitely use them again.

Jasmine Santiago has been a great in cleaning our office. We have changed cleaning crews because they would never do the cleaning correctly but ever since we have hired MaidPro and they have sent Jasmine we have had no problems. Recommend 100%

MaidPro came through for me in my apartment move out clean out. The professional that handled the job was Lorena Solache and she left the place brilliantly clean. Kate, did an excellent job cleaning my one-bedroom apartment! From the dusty window blinds and floor rugs to the kitchen and bathroom sinks, as well as the bath tub and shower space, all became clean and spotless. Clearly, she takes pride in her efforts, and I'll be asking for her repeatedly for future cleanings.

Shannon is excellent, detailed while moving quickly. Highly recommend.
