We have a very large paver area on our back patio, steps, pool area, walkways, and two sitting areas outside of the screen enclosure. Clay came out promptly to give an estimate. Once approved, he got us scheduled quickly and showed up when he promised. We are very happy with the quality of the work and recommend this company!

He gave an estimate within 24 hours and followed up every week until we were ready to schedule service. He was patient even when we were delayed because of remodeling. Went way too long having my pavers resealed. I was worried they would not come back to their original appearance. Thankfully, I was wrong. Kennelly Paving Company did an amazing job. I thank Clay Kennelly for promises made and promises kept. Going forward, this is my company for maintaining my pavers. My pavers were dull, not properly grouted, and riddled with weeds and ant hills. Their process for filling the cracks between the pavers is impressive. Never seen it done that way before. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

Tropical Windows have been cleaning my windows for 15+ years. They always do a great job, are always on time, professional and pleasant! I highly recommend them!! They are everything good about a small business!

TIME WASTERS ! Scheduled a power washing of driveway and pool area A MONTH in advance. Received a call earlier this week confirming that they were coming on Friday at said time. The time comes and goes this morning, so i called them to see if they are on their way. I am told "I'm sorry it's my fault I did not put you on the schedule." WHAT? I have rearranged my schedule, it was confirmed earlier in the week, plus scheduled a month in advance. Melissa was very apologetic..but her apology does not really help the situation they put us in. Melissa also said she can put me on the schedule for January 30th..but that would make a 2 month wait, so obviously, no thanks. Very unprofessional to say the least. We highly advise to steer clear of this company, TROPICAL WINDOW CLEANING HOME & COMMERCIAL SERVICES, as they will eat up your clock, months at a time, and not deliver. Many solid OTHER options available out there for power washing, that will actually deliver. Check Facebook Power Washing Services in your area, and find more professional and responsive options at a fraction of the cost.

The crew of 3 guys worked efficiently in and out of our house and the windows look like new! Reasonable price for the amount of work they do inside and out - a good value ! And you don’t have to worry about falling off a ladder - leave it to the pros!

What a well-run business! Professional in every aspect from obtaining a quote to shiny windows. The owner showed up with his team to clean the windows, tracks, gutters, and outdoor lights. Everyone was friendly and hard working. I was pleased with the results. They were efficient without seeming rushed.
