They returned my call immediately and went out of his way to get to me same day as an emergency caused me to shut off my water to prevent damaging the lawn. He quickly and affordable fixed the problem, and helped me determine potential upgrades and improvements in a professional manner. Fantastic service. Highly Recommend!

Todd from Flamingo revamped two sprinkler systems for me. The first was for my mom's house and I was so impressed that I had him re-do the system at my house. Very professional and am looking forward to the water savings that a properly designed system will deliver. Very happy with the results.

I was originally referred to Todd and Flamingo Outdoor Systems several years ago when I needed help with an irrigation pipe break that was causing my system to have constant running water. This was on a weekend and Todd walked me through getting the water turned off until he was able to get over to the house (which was also on short notice, over the weekend). Since that point I have relied on them several times whenever I have had any issues with our irrigation, and they have always been helpful and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone with a job, big or small.

Todd is like your next door neighbor who also happens to be your best friend. You may not talk for long stretches of time but when you do it’s like no time has passed. About 3 yrs ago Todd fixed the wiring for my sprinkler system, replaced some pvc piping and some sprinkler heads. Did great work and the cost was reasonable for the value of work done. I recently had an issue where my front yard sprinkler’s weren’t working- Todd stopped by on his way to another job- trouble shooted the issue- and showed me how to fix the issue if it ever happened again. We chatted as if no time had passed since his last visit and he didn’t charge me for the service call. Truly a great business to work with.

Todd came out right away to look at our sprinkler pump that had not been working. We waited weeks for another company to fix it. He had it up and running two days later with a top of the line pump. He even put the pump up on blocks to keep it from flooding again (which is what affected our previous pump). Thanks to his quick response he saved our lawn and saved us a lot of expense. We were happy to work with a smaller company owner not only to give him the business but also because he cared about us. The other company ignored us for weeks even though we had put down a deposit. Just had another great experience with Flamingo Outdoor, this time it was just one sprinkler head that needed repair. However, I've had work (both, small and big projects) done by Todd for a couple of years now. He's reliable, provides a fair price and a hands on type owner who I would recommend highly.

Todd went above and beyond to find the pipes that were causing my leak. He ended up finding them close to 3 feet under a palm the original owners had planted 30 years ago. He took the time to properly reroute the pipe so that will never be an issue again. I cannot recommend Flamingo Outdoor Systems enough! Thank you again Todd!
