I recently had the privilege of attending a week long business education program hosted by the elite team that is Massey Services. This is an organization that is built the right way and with the ultimate customer service experience in the forefront of all of its team members mind. If you are not using Massey for the services they provide, you are truly missing out!!!!!

I recently attended a 4 day workshop at Massey Services. What I took away from my experience is that the Massey Team truly values their customers and are very committed to providing superior service.

John Abrams was my irrigation technician and he did a great job. Took the time to help me get my irrigation as close to perfect as we could even in the August heat. If I need irrigation help in the future I’ll be requesting hus help. Thanks John!

Nelson came out and made the necessary repairs to my system. Nelson was knowledgeable and professional and checked the entire system while on property. Job well done.

I recently attended a 4 day workshop to understand the why, how, and what that makes up Massey Services. Upon the completion of my time with Massey, it is very apparent of their commitment to customer service and will go above and beyond for their customers.

Michael has been very professional from day 1. Always calls the day before service. Has been a real pleasure dealing with him. Great Company.

Massey Services is an exceptional organization. I had the pleasure of being immersed in the Massey business model and culture for four days last week and they practice what they preach. Organized, professional, disciplined and 100% focused on taking care of every customer! It is no accident that Massey Services is the Gold standard for the Lawn and Pest industry.

Irrigation service was excellent. While it took far too long to get on their schedule. The service representative who took care of the service was kind and thorough. Repaired, explained, adjusted and thanked. Very well done Massey.

Nelson was very professional in all aspects of servicing. He did his job well.

Used for a year - cancelled.
Had a well-rehearsed sales pitch at the start - the visits started to slow down, and sometimes they would show up for 5-10 minutes, spray weeds and leave a bill for 90$. Tried to cancel, but they wanted another months bills even though we cancelled 3.5 weeks before.
TRUST REVIEWS - Don't use them

Nelson is such a great young man, very professional and thorough. I’m so happy that he has my irrigation system up and running. I’m looking forward to seeing his results

I recently attended 4 day workshop on Massey's Approach to Business Excellence. From learning to be a leader to learning about the IT Department, you can see Massey is a first class operation. They pride themselves on taking care of their customers as well as their employees. What a wonderful experience!

A few weeks ago, an inspector from the water company found a leak in the backflow inlet pipe. I asked him if the city would fix this or if I had to do it myself. He said he wasn't sure and that I should call the water department.
I called later in the week and the lady at the water company said she hadn't received the inspector's report so she didn't know if the city would fix the issue, and to call back the following week.
I called the following week and the lady said she still hadn't received the report so she still didn't know if the city would fix the issue.

I called Massey, told them about the issue, they said the next available appointment was the following Monday, which was fine.
The tech came out, found a broken elbow pipe and fixed it. Then he came out the next day and tested the irrigation system to make sure the fixed pipe worked. (It did.)

So after getting nowhere with the water company, Massey fixed the pipe immediately.

Our team at GreenLawn Fertilizing and Green Pest Solutions had the pleasure to visit Massey for 4 days. It was a fantastic experience because when it comes to leadership and employee centered they are second to none. They gave us life long lessons on leadership and how to grow a company to be the best in the lawn and pest industry. Thanks so much for something we will remember for a lifetime.

I recently visited Massey Services GreenUp Lawn for 4 days. During this visit I received a clear understanding of why Massey Services GreenUp Lawn is a leader in the industry. The attention to details are clearly a priority from the executive team all the way to the frontline associates. People genuinely enjoy working at Massey Services, and feel appreciated for the work that they do. As a consumer myself, I know that if the service technicians are engaged and happy there is a high probability that great service is going to be provided. The Massey Guarantee is second to noon, they stand behind their word. I witnessed it myself while I was there. I highly recommend Massey Services is you live in the Florida, Texas & Georgia area!!!

Massey has made a big difference in the quality of our lawn. Disease control and fertilizer services are the most important landscape services you can buy.

Many thanks and gratitude to Herb, Dale, John, and Deondre. They are team players. They all worked together. Everything worked out beautifully. I’m very pleased with the final results. The job included repairing the irrigation system, as well as, removing and replacing sod. It took extensive and tedious planning and entailed a lot of time for them to bring it all together. It turned out perfectly. It was a pleasure to work with these gentlemen. Massey should be very proud.

I recently had the pleasure of spending 4 days at Massey Services Inc. headquarters in Orlando, FL. The experience was amazing, the team members were great and the hospitality was incredible. For a company to share their success story and to show our company how each department operates and functions shows their true passion towards their craft and their industry community. All the learning that was absorbed ultimately boiled down to the customer. They have built their success with a customer first approach and developing employees within. Thank you Massey Services!

Recently I had the opportunity to go visit Massey Services for a four day training session. WOW, what an experience! The training sessions were totally informative. I learned so much in how Massey became one of the largest lawn/pest companies in the US, I meet the most genuine people-friendly, honest, caring and all around some of the nicest people I have ever meet. After visiting Massey, I now know why they are number one in superior customer service! For Massey their customers are number one and they go above and beyond to make sure that every customer has a great experience with Massey Services! If you ever have the chance to visit Massey Services or are invited to attend their training sessions, don't pass it up! It is an experience you will always remember! Thank you Massey!

Michael Walter is Awesome and provides excellent lawn service. He is very knowledgeable about Central Florida Lawns & Gardens. He is very helpful and excellent with communication. Michael does a wonderful job.

UPDATED***It has been three more months and now your General Manager, Dale Smith is not answering our calls! This has gone on for over year now; you killed our brand new grass! Our business signed up for Massey Green Up after installing new sod/shrubs. I've been trying for nearly a year now for a NON-RESPONSIVE SUPERVISOR to address the dead grass/weeds we now have. Supervisor states technician will come out to address the issue and no one ever shows. Supposedly there is a guarantee for the service but that would require some sort of response which Massey's management is unwilling to provide. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! MASSEY GREEN UP WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT PROVIDE THE CONTRACTED SERVICE OR EVEN BOTHER TO RETURN A PHONE CALL! 217 NE Ivanhoe Boulevard Orlando 32804 Ali & Blankner
