Last week, I was extremely fortunate to spend four full days learning from the Massey Services team!

My lawn & shrubs have never looked better since Massey & technician Micheal Walter started servicing my property. Micheal diagnosed my issues and developed a plan to bring my yard back to excellent health. I could not be happier.

Nelson was the best technician. He was so thorough and came out multiple times over the course of two days to make sure our difficult problem was resolved. He was also very polite to me and my wife.

Michael Walter has been our service tech for a number of years. He is always professional, knowledgeable and thorough when performing his duties. Our yard and shrubs always look great because if an issue does arise, Michael responds quickly to resolve the problem.

A few years ago this Massey service brought back my bushes from a caterpillar invasion. they were just sticks and they came back beautifully with Massey's help. The excessive heat has been hard on them and my plants and I'm hoping they can do another amazing job. What I didn't like about the first service was I was home and unaware that the Massey service man was there. I was unaware until the next day when I got a service report.

I had the privilege of attending a four day workshop at the Massey learning center located at the corporate office in Orlando FL, and let me start by saying this was a first class experience. Not only did I receive an in depth look into why Massey services is one of the biggest leaders in our industry, but I was able to take away tools that will help me improve my leadership abilities. I spent some time at their corporate green up location and hit the road with two of their top managers. It was a great experience, one that I will always be grateful for. Thank you Massey for your excellence in our industry!

Mike Walters always calls a day ahead of time to confirm his arrival . He always shows up on time and is always eager to check on my lawn and prepares for what he feels it needs. He always takes the time to explain what the condition of the lawn currently is and explains what he will be doing to guarantee the lawn stays healthy. Mike has been taking care of my lawn for the last two years and it has never looked better. Thank you for always doing a great job Mike and the whole Massey company for the professional service

Aaron is highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Add to that, he’s a good person who always takes time to thoughtfully meet with me during every visit. Nelson was amazing! He came right away and adjusted all my sprinkler heads and replaced multiple heads to better cover the grass and my newly planted plants! Highly recommend Nelson with Massey for your irrigation needs!!! I’ve been with Massey for years and they always assist as soon as I need them to.

A lack of integrity and honesty, we signed up for the lawn service back in December 2023, and after six months there was still lots of weed growing, I called and let them know about the weeds, and they sent out a person to treat the weeds which should have been done in the beginning, and they went into my account unauthorized and pulled out a payment for the extra service without letting me know. I decided to cancel the service after seven and half months and they refused to refund the money, they were very defensive and argumentative, and the workers have either been trained or conditioned to be belligerent when confronted with a refund. The manager Bryan at the Lake Nona office lied to me and said that they didn’t know anything about the unauthorized withdrawal. He conveyed that they were a big company and didn’t care about one customer. They lacked integrity, and honesty, and were lazy and mismanaged my lawn recovering, I recommend that you do not use them.

Michael is the best tech I have . He has been so nice, professional, knowledgeable about his job. I have services with Massey for a long time and Michael is outstanding. He sure is an asset to your company and deserves a raise. Keep him and treat him nice.

It’s my pleasure to recommend Massey’s sprinkler maintenance service. Their technician Nelson was courteous,, prompt and knowledgeable He addressed and fixed a wide number of issues very efficiently in one visit. I am happy to put one more of my maintenance tasks in Massey’s capable hands.

Massey services is the best. My lawn irrigation system sprung a leak under the brick walkway. Nelson, a service manager in irrigation worked diligently to find the leak, which ended up being 2 leaks on the same pipe. Nelson removed the bricks, dug out the area, replaced pipe and sprinkler head, filled the large area and replaced the bricks. What a worker! Professional and pleasant and very competent. I highly recommend Massey Services! Looks and works better than ever!

Had new sod put down in March 2024 and started having it treated by Massey right after. I followed watering recommendations from the tech to ensure the grass would take root and flourish the best it could. I recently cancelled the service because my yard is dead now. They let it get completely taken over by weeds. After several calls to address and multiple attempts to spray, they got control of the weeds.

The tech mentioned that they may have diluted the solution they used too much on prior treatments. Once they finally killed the weeds, I have little grass left. After multiple requests to speak with a manager, Mike came out and promised to address the situation, but no response back and nothing was done.

Update: Finally received a call from the manager, Mike, after 2 months since coming out, four weeks since cancelling. I was told they could not warranty the work they had provided on the yard since they did not install the sod although they had been the sole company treating the yard since that sod had been put down. Be cautious of any warranty promised. I’m really frustrated with their lack of responsibility. The only resolution offered was for me to pay Massey to put down new sod and pay Massey to treat that new sod. So, no responsibility taken for work already done and me pay to them for new sod and continued servicing. We also have our home pest control service and termite contract with Massey, clearly no concern for customer retention.

Please save your time and energy and do not use this service. The customer service and quality is an absolute nightmare.
When I finally couldn't handle it anymore, I tried to cancel. I was told that I could not cancel without speaking to a manager and that the manager would be calling me. Days went by and the manager never called.

The lady who answers the phones is fantastic but the rest of the team does not follow up on what is promised.

Our technician was Nelson Ribeiro. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to making sure our problem was corrected. He took time to explain things and answer any questions. Prior to yesterday’s appointment we had experienced some disappointments in the way our yard issues were addressed in other areas of Massey Services. Thanks to Nelson our faith in Massey as a company was restored. You should value him as a representative of your company..

I switch from a small firm to Massey a couple years ago…Big mistake. My lawn has gone downhill ever since. I’ve talked to so many techs and nothing has changed, it’s horrible, the managers won’t even call me back. Take a look at the backyard and keep in mind it was perfect when I hired Massey a couple years ago, and it has looked like this since they took over 🤯🤦🏼‍♂️😔 I would have left a Zero Star review but that wasn’t an option, so we’ll go with 1.
