I genuinely cannot believe i came here to write a review about this company's driving and one of the other reviews has an experience with the driver.

Large black Ford F550, 12:35-12:40ish Forest City Dr, speeding wildly, then up the road ran a 2-3 seconds solid red light at full speed. Luckily the green light turners didnt speed to go because they would be dead by this behemoth vehicle t-boning them due to incompetence. I have it on dash cam so zero excuse.

Matt took the time to understand my vision and transformed my outdoor space into something truly stunning.
The design was thoughtful and functional, with beautiful plant selections that really elevated the look of my yard. Matt stuck to the timeline which was a huge plus, and his communication throughout the process was excellent.
If you're looking for a company that delivers both aesthetics and reliability, I highly recommend J&W. My backyard is now my favorite place to be!

Matt had the ideas that no other company did and he executed them beautifully for the front entry of our subdivision. The trees, plants and grass have taken fantastic thanks also to Matt's knowledge of sprinkler systems. Everything is looking great and blooming nicely even through the Florida summer. I couldn't be happier with this company. I hired them to help build floating stairs for my home. The whole team from the people answering the phone to the actual craftsman were very polite and professional. The craftsman (John Scobee), is so talented and confident. My stairs are so beautiful. I knew everyday how my project was going because they are so good at communicating and keeping me informed. John understood exactly what I wanted and he pulled it off so beautifully. So happy I found this place. I will be using them for all my future handyman projects.

Jean Louis was an excellent technician. After assessing the possible causes of our issue he set forth to mediate the problem and discussed follow up steps to be taken if necessary. We would definitely request his assistance again.

Hired them to evaluate and fix an exterior glass door in my office. They came, checked the door and prepared an estimate.
I approved the estimate that clearly says Labor and Materials.
A rep came adjusted the door but didn't replaced the top hinge, which also was broken.
Now they claim that we hired them for one job and not to fix the broken top hinge, which we didn't know that it was broken.
That's why hired them, to evaluate the whole job.
So, the estimate was not correctly done.

Carlos did a fantastic job installing my awning, as you can see he did really superb job, he is polite and very efficient.

Update: Just had them do another job for me last month and it was phenomenal! I needed a shower door replaced from a sliding door to a swinging one. The work done was awesome. They even provided me with the dimensions and specs of what I would need so I could find and order one suitable. Love working with them and will continue to use them in the future when necessary!

I was extremely pleased with the timeliness and expertise of Handyman Connection! I needed a same-day repair of some bi-fold doors for a pantry and a closet. I messaged them the night before and someone responded to me before 10am the next morning. I explained the situation and someone was at my house by 12pm.
John Scobee did an excellent and quick job. The price was reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend and plan to reuse in the future if the need arises!

Really positive experience with Carlos. This man did a fantastic job of installing drywall and painting in our kitchen as well as replacing the vapor lines that were cut under the subfloor. We couldn't be more pleased with Carlos and will request him on all future projects. A big thank you from Beverly and me.

We first hired handyman connection to do a drywall project in our bathroom. Honestly, the first person they sent wasn’t great, but ever since then they have completely exceeded expectations! Carlos was wonderful and completed several projects in our old house, and we recently hired John Scobee to do some work in our new house and he did a fantastic job! He was on time, worked hard and efficiently, and the finished product is perfect. Thanks John!

Secondly the office staff is delightful and always great to work with.

Carlos did an excellent job on our tile floor. The grout was filthy and he got it spotless! He also fixed some loose tiles in our shower as well as replaced some tile on the kitchen floor. Thanks for all your hard work Carlos. We’d definitely have him do other work for us!

We had an appointment to meet today at 5pm to go over a house quote, they got here 20 minutes early and left at 450pm. I left work early to get to the house at 5pm to meet them and they weren't there. no phone call, nothing. Incredibly unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

We had Carlos help with numerous aspects of our kitchen remodel and were blown away by his effort and dedication to our project. He went above and beyond for us, making a typically very stressful undertaking easier on us and our young family. He lended his expertise in other areas of our project that helped us troubleshoot as we hit roadblocks. He also was highly communicative and always did a thorough job cleaning after he did any work which hasn’t been our experience with other contractors. This was our second time using handyman connection of Winter Park and we highly recommend them!

Handyman Connection reinstalled the part of my fence that was blown down by a hurricane at a fair price and good workmanship. They were very easy to deal with and came when promised. I do recommend them for all your handyman needs.

This is my first time using this company and I had a very good experience. Cheyenne Gordon did a great job and finish the work in a timely manner. All around good experience will use again.

I hired Handyman Connection of Winter Park to install Christmas lights on the outside of my house. We provided the lights and all the needed materials and we met with their representative (Kevin) to review the project in detail. I approved an estimate on 11/21, which included hanging the lights in a specific direction (near an electric plug) cleaning out the gutters where the lights would be hung and blowing off a section of the roof. We were leaving to go out of town, so tried our best to get Handyman folk to come by and pick up the materials off our front porch to prevent theft, which they never did. I called often both before we left and while we were out of town speaking to Brien and Bryson and was almost always told someone would pick up the materials, do the project "tomorrow" and send pictures. They never did. On the day we were returning from our trip, nearly 2 weeks later, I called and spoke to Brien who did not know if the project had been completed or not. I finally told him to get it done that day or forget about it. When I returned on the night of 12/3 - notice that - 11/21 - 12/3) we found that the lights had been installed backward so there was no electric access for the plug - contrary to our instructions, and the roof had not been cleaned off. I declined offers to come back and re-do the job, just wanting to be finished and to have my Christmas lights up and working. We bought 150 ft. of electric cord to get power to the lights and ran it ourselves. Brien offered a minimal discount for the poorly done work, and I paid him off just to get it over with. This was my second difficult project with this company, the first of which I will not go into. I'm really sorry they've taught us we can't depend on them. I'll have to find someone else to help me. I wasn't going to write all this until they sent me a survey this morning asking if I would give them a positive recommendation. This is my response to that.

I live on the first floor in an apartment complex and was having so many issues with my little doggie managing to push the mesh material and getting out of the house. He loves to hunt and so every lizard, squirrel that walked by would cause him to go. I reached out to Handyman connection without much hope, since I had already tried what felt like everything... Bryan was so nice and came up with a quick and easy solution, wood panels! KC and Sammy came in and did an incredible job at setting everything up. The panels were properly installed, they were really nice and caring. Thank you to the Handyman team!

Brien the owner of this franchise is putting me off and making excuses about repairing the exterior wall they agree was done wrong. I bought the door and window to be framed to replace the space my slider door was in. I paid over $3,000 because I thought I was hiring a reputable agency so it would be done right. The exterior wall was covered in interior drywall mud that fell to the ground when Ian came through. The wall was done in 2020 and sustained because I had a screened porch. Once the porch was removed the the elements exposed the drywall. I am trying to sell my house and the realtors handyman covered the wall with the drywall mud left behind so the wood wouldn't be exposed. This wall isn't waterproof and needs repair.

My experience with John Scobee from Handyman Connection was excellent. During the estimate visit, he explained what I needed to get repair. He repaired my sink with no issues and provided great service and professionalism.
