Not really happy. I see why their is only one other review from years ago. For what I paid, they failed to do a pH test and half my plants died and its been over 6 months since I requested replacement and Landscape Resources verbally agreed to replace my paid for dead plants. It is painful to look at my new front yard with so many dead plants. I keep calling them monthly with no results. My suggestion is to find someone else.

We have been a client with Landscape Resources for many years and have always been completely satisfied. We have used them for landscape design, install, lawn / shrub / tree monthly maintenance, mosquito control, fertilizing / plant pest control and tree maintenance. We had used other branded companies prior to them, but needed a one stop shop, rather than engaging many companies to do individual jobs. Chuck, Ben, Garrett and Neil are highly professional, honest, friendly and make sure that all work is done expertly and correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality company to design, install and maintain all of their landscaping.

Neil and his team are absolutely fantastic! They are incredibly professional, always on time, and truly take pride in their work. From start to finish, the attention to detail and craftsmanship were top-notch. My yard has never looked better! It’s rare to find a landscaping company ghat is not only skilled but also reliable and easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for someone who delivers quality work with great service, I highly recommend Neil and his team. You won’t be disappointed!

I reached out to Garrett at Landscape Resources to refresh my landscaping and address some drainage issues. From our very first meeting, Garrett was professional, responsive and pleasant to work with. He understood my concerns and offered solutions as to why my grass was dying and how to address the drainage issues I was having. I am extremely pleased with the work that Landscape Resources did on my yard. Garrett understood the clean and tidy look I was going for and his team executed it well. I have switched to this company for all my lawn services and have been very happy with their weekly work and attention to detail.

Just had a truck and trailer pull into a gas station, box in my car, and leave me locked in the parking lot. I’m having to wait for them to come back and let me leave?!? If they are this unprofessional offsite, I feel sorry for those they service.

Great landscaping company from the job they did for me

I work on 5452 irlo Bronson Memorial hwy in Kissimmee I keep speaking to the workers very nicely about them leaving my car full of dirt and dust and they keep doing it

Zero... Absolutely zero respect for personal property on properties they do work for. Every time they come, our cars are COVERED in sand, and depending on where I park, grass clippings will stick to my car as well. It's beyond disrespectful and downright disgusting. They don't care about your personal property. Completely unacceptable. If you care about your customers or employees, look elsewhere.

I am mostly writing this review because a lot of people are frustrated with this company going to the Wawa every morning. Reason why is the location on 436 and Baldwin is a very small hectic place. There’s a whole apartment complex, Walmart and Starbucks and people cannot get anywhere on time because this company choices this Wawa every day to hold up traffic and pumps for over 45 mins. There are so much more convenient wawa just down the road with a better enter and exit. I’m not being mean but I’m asking can yall switch it up or go to the one on east colonial where you can come in and out with out holding up traffic. Thanks

Use to use Romaga here at our work facility, The lack of respect and courtesy of the yard crew ultimately forced us to fire Romaga. For the past 3 to 4 years Romaga has continued to show how poor there workers mentality is. Block entire streets for 2 to 3 hours in the morning including all of our fire hyds (Which is Illegal mind you), Blocking our Dock so big rigs cant back into our facility (costs hundreds because we cant unload in said Time frame). Using our Locked Dumpster by Breaking the top doors and bending them at the end of their shift (Dumpster is 30 feet onto our property) leaving tons of trash on our property every week, Driving through our Grass with sprinkler systems with their large trucks and trailers and also using our facility as a parking lot with no care to our property. Weve reached out Numerous times and the people at the facility could careless. We have emailed the "Corp email address listed" We will see if this gets taken care of before more Pressing matters takes place. We would Never Use this company for anything. Best to Look elsewhere.

In response to your comment since it wont allow me to address it. This account wasnt created just to leave a bad review. We have called, Emailed, and had one of your supervisors come and visit our location. The problems went away for less then a week and have returned back. I have reached out to the same people and i have been ignored. Since then we have installed cameras on our property and have noticed a Many of things from Garbage being tossed at on our lawn, To your Large trucks and trailers driving and parking on our grass which has a sprinkler system, To your workers Peeing on our dumpster at 630am in the morning. So it has gone Beyond a reach out and wait for corp to call me.

I came here to make a complaint about the drivers and the first review I see is someone who was hit by one of the drivers. They use their flashing lights as though they are emergency vehicles to break through traffic, nearly causing accidents. I come home down the same road that their shop is on. Ive had many incidences with them over the past few month after 5pm when shop is closed. I call and leave a message for the office with no return call. In the morning they are at the gas station smoking weed amd hanging out while filling up.
To say the least they are extremely lawless. I have lived in this area for over twenty five years. We have many landscaping companies in the East Orlando area, this is certainly not one I would recommend. If the employees have no regard for human life or vehicle. Imagine the regard they would have for your property. I would say with the low reviews they already have they are not interested In changing their practices or reprimanding their employees.

EDIT- I have to edit this review because Google does not allow you to respond. You guys quite literally continued to mow our property. You were not under contract for after change of ownership. Which I have informed your Office about numerous times.

So you did intern, try to manage a property for free.

I have called now 36 times in the last six weeks trying to get a hold of somebody. And filled out the form on the website 6 times as well. And i have proof of everything. So no, you do not answer the phone during normal business hours. And no, you are not willing to help rectify issues. Everything in your response to my initial review is a complete and total lie. This is a terrible practice of business. And now I understand why almost every review you have is terrible. To those of you that are considering continuing your contract with them or are considering opening a new contract. Please please please DO NOT.

You guys are deliberately not answering the phone. You know exactly what you’re supposed to be helping with & you’re refusing to do so.

Romaga continued to mow one of our properties that they were no longer under contract for. Following this one of the guys on a zero turn ran through a fence and destroyed it. I have tried to reach out to them probably 20+ times over the last month. Nobody ever picks up the phone. When they do They always tell me somebody’s going to reach out to me and nobody ever does. Buyer beware. They are not the company for you. This review will stay how it currently sits until the issue is rectified.

I’ll let the pictures speak for me and they said its nothing and have not reached out to me at all. Unprofessional and unpolite to the max!

UPDATE: After a lengthy process of boucing around between the office and the insurrance, they finally paid for a paint correction and made it right by me, just unnecessary to go thrugh this if employees were to be better selected on the hiring department. Owner is actually polite and have some staff thats actually ready to help, office manager needs training for sure! The receptionist is a sweetheart but can only do so much with such management.

Every morning all of the company trucks congregate at the Wawa on 436 they constantly block traffic, do u-turns in front of traffic on auvers blvd. When you try to pull into Wawa the workers act like that control the area they will walk behind you car as you back up or block you while you are trying to get out. I’m sure the company will have some sort of comeback on the review as I have seen on past reviews they can’t take any accountability. I would never use them based on how there employees behave.

Is there a reason this company decides to block off and inconvenience every single driver that is driving on Semoran and Auvers? 20 LARGE trucks fueling all at one gas station and blocking up 1 entire road for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Which Einstein came up with this plan ? The amount of almost accidents I have seen you guys cause is ridiculous & your drivers literally almost ran into my car bc you want them to whip 9 ton trucks around small corners/bends. I have never seen any other landscaping company do this inconsiderate type of morning bustle. There are countless gas stations along Semoran ? A more lucrative and considerate idea would be to route each truck to specific gas stations within a 2 miles radius as to not cause major traffic , delays and accidents in one minuscule area. The day someone crashes into me I’m using the bloody HELL out of this company.

This landscape company does my property I live in a community and every time they come in here they put grass all over the cars and dirt and never blow them off. I am super pissed off. I have a brand new car and they left all kinds of scratches because they don’t know how to stay away from vehicles. Tell your guys to be more careful. If not, I will say something. I am not a happy customer I would not recommend this landscaping company to anyone. Yes, and if you see my Google ratings, there’s a reason why they have ratings. I put good ratings and bad ratings but when a business does something over and over, they will get a one star rating and it will be noticed so that other people are aware of how companies work. Another thing it doesn’t matter about my other ratings. This rating is about Romaga landscaping that’s it it’s not the other nine companies that I had bad reviews on. So instead of focusing on the other nine out of 10 reviews focus on the one that I sent the company. I am a homeowner on the property and I’m hoping that someone could talk to your company or your crew that does Regent Park and have them do a better job. I know your company would not want to pay for cars that are damaged and scratched. Thank you and have a wonderful day

Maybe train your idiot of drivers to be better drivers. One of your employees almost ran us off the road with our 5 minors, then proceeded to drive so close to another vehicle almost hitting them as well. 11:20am towards Orlando

I purchased my home back in 2023. I hired Matt initially to do some irrigation work a while back to help keep my grass from dying. Since then, him and his crew help with removing overgrown plants from my yard and we are planning on putting in pavers next spring.
