We are extremely pleased with the work that Tropical Window Cleaning performed for us. Our new windows absolutely shined after they were finished. They also cleaned our home exterior, patio, screen enclosure, walkways and driveway. They also soft washed the vinyl fence at the back of our property. They arrived promptly, were professional and polite and worked until the job was done. They did a great job and we will have them back after pollen season in the Spring.

Quick to give us a quote and schedule the exterior cleaning. The guys that came out to do the work woth efficient and did a great job.

We have been customers of Tropical Window Cleaning Home and Commercial Services for years. We have been very pleased with their service. They do our windows and gutters every year. Neighbors and friends have asked for their number and are equally pleased with the service they get. They were here on Friday and I am looking out of spotlessly, clean windows.

John and Mark from Tropical worked diligently, neatly, and politely all day to get our windows inside and out, house, driveways, sidewalks, lanterns, pool deck and porches sparkling clean. They were happy to return to a couple of leftover streaks and follow instructions on not using chemical in certain areas. I was a little concerned if they would be everything done with just two of them as previously we had a team of 3 or 4 just doing the windows, but they worked incredibly hard, well and efficiently. This service was great! My windows are sparkling. The team was on time, worked quickly and answered my questions about maintenance. I had the indoor/outdoor cleaning service. The team was very respectful of my home inside, wearing booties over their shoes and very good about my landscaping. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again.

The courteous team arrived promptly and started their job without delay. Some of the windows were a challenge to clean, since a tall ladder was required. The end result inside and out was impressive. The compared cost to other businesses was also very reasonable. We will definitely use Tropical Window Cleaning in the future.

Very professional team, From The initial estimate, The appointment process, Was like none other. The day of the appointment they started at 6:45 AM and completed the job by 10:30 AM. They clean inside and out of all the glass in the entire Dealership. Spotless! I highly recommend them.

I unfortunately did not check their work before them leaving. They were however very nice and professional. I was not onsite when the crew finished working.

UPDATE: They were very anxious to come back and redo everything that was botched. Very professional and timely. I don't really know what happened, but they were quick to remedy the situation.

I hired Flamingo to put in a new irrigation system in my yard. I am super happy with the results. Let me start by saying Todd is great to work with. His communication throughout the whole process was amazing. he really worked with our schedule. explained every step of the process. communicated when he was coming and what times. he even alerted me to when the men who plotted out the underground wiring prior to digging were coming, which is unheard of. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for our future landscaping and hardscaping projects. A++++
