I had a problem with my air conditioner when it was not cooling properly on a hot day in Winter Park, FL. Jimmy came to my place quickly to fix my air conditioner. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. The air conditioner repair man was very professional and friendly. He fixed my air conditioner very quickly. I liked that he gave me some tips on how to take care of my air conditioner so I do not have any problems with it. The visit from the air conditioner repair man was very fast. It might be a bit hard to schedule a visit when they are really busy. Overall I was very happy with the air conditioner repair service. I feel good, about calling them again if I need air conditioner repair.

Great father/son small business. Always prompt, honest and fair. They have been servicing us over 15 year and wouldn't trust anyone else to provide the care they do.

Dishonest father-son team. Worst experience ever. Charged $75 (and didn't give a receipt) and they left me worse off than I was before their visit. I had called because the furnace had been working intermittently; they did find out what was wrong with it and charged me for the diagnosis but refused to tell me what part I needed and then stole my part from the furnace so that I couldn't get a part number from it! Now with a missing part, the furnace wouldn't work at all and I couldn't even order the part. They also knocked over and broke some of my porcelain and tried to act like it didn't happen. Turned an occasionally working furnace into a completely non-functioning furnace, caused $150 in damaged personal property and took $75 in cash. After they left, I called to ask Mr. Lynch to return the part - he hung up on me. Rudest service tech I ever met.
